  1. Did u feel triumphant with both of em lololol. Ooh sounds nice, hope u have fun. I've actually never really played Lana music while playing video games even tho she has a track called video games Replace the gaming disks with L4L to make things a truly memorable experience imo
  2. That just sounds so perfect. Hope u have funnnnn Something I've yet to really try, but man. U guys are making it sound so blissful. I think i'll find another vice tho
  3. The record's coming out in a couple of days, got any plans to have a good listening experience? I know this is more or less a sub thread from the first one I made, but seeing as to how the record's named Lust For Life, I figured it needed it's own. Lusting for life in the strangest or fixed points of places. I know she's so often with some sort of car in her album covers, but the Carpenters vibe of the cover, and Wuthering Heights kinda setting just make me want to drive there, or more so somewhere similar but, too from what we've gotten so far, and with the snippets. I'm just envisioning a nice long drive by the beach, downtown, and just around the city, listening to the tracks play on preferably a semi-cloudy day. How about you? Where or what are venture to when you get your hands on the 320 kbps version of the record?
  4. LFL road trip! Poles for dancing in the trunk, and his pole at the front's mine
  5. So wait, what's with the gig tmrw under the hollywood sign? Spotify?
  6. Tomorrow Never Came, Beautiful People, Beautiful Problems, In My Feelings, GBA and Change. And 13 Beaches. I might've left a few out but can someone just tilt the hour glass a few reps?
  7. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BW9Fzwuf43c
  8. Can't slow down now, let's try reaching 25 hundred. Get creative folks!
  9. No offense to u but maybe ill towards him but I think we're gonna need some Febreze for this thread after that.
  10. 13 Beaches sounds something nice to read to by the beach right after sunset. Cherry is like skinny dipping with ur Summer love White Mustang sounds like a song to drive to at night while getting frisky in it. Stopping to have some fun on the hood of it Summer Bummer, self exp. pref poolside on warm afternoons. Groupie Love, to get high while in a Summer festival, rides and all. Finding a spot In My Feelings, perfect music to smash some glass to Coachella, I want to listen to this at one of my favorite beach cliffs as it gets dark. God Bless America - perfect for gasoline stations and road trips. When the World Was at War* Beautiful People, Beautiful Problems, perfect for rainy days with a hot drink, looking at the raindrops through your window Tomorrow Never Came, after a rage filled night at the bars with friends, to the morning alone after. Change, perfect for listening to by a large fountain at night, surrounded by roses. Get Free, not entirely sure yet.
  11. I'm reluctant listening to Lana talk about politics, not because she's a musician primarily or her stance, but it's just it brings out the worst in people in so many cases. This was a beautiful interview for the most part tho. Translation game blooming strong.
  12. I was visiting a lake in my city today, and the water glistening in the afternoon, it was all bronzed and peached, as I listened to Groupie Love. It's such an entrancing track, and was unfortunately released with SB. An underrated treasure
  13. White Mustang still going strong. Living off of its snippets just --
  14. I mean if u put it that way, then I can see it. Fame isn't something Lana likes, and Best American Record/Architecture plays on the mocking of said fame. Yosemite's supposed to be more, or the happiest record, so maybe Yosemite is less inhibited and more free, what she might be aspiring to go towards. We haven't really heard the track, but yeah more or less of the idea. Which interview was it that she mentioned the whole ying/yang metaphor? If this is delayed it's bc of glitter.
  15. Groupie Love is terribly underrated. Maybe bc it was eclipsed by Summer Bummer, but it's just such a warm track.
  16. The one that made it in the record. It's a lot more sultry and mature. Sexier too
  17. So discussing music vids and everything, I really do hope we get more visuals. Maybe it's because I'm excited for new music to come out that I might be numb to the need of mv's, but I feel like, this time around more than others, that her music is really just gonna speak for itself. I was watching her cover for the Chelsea Hotel, and it was just, it was so easy to immerse myself into, because the feeling, the rawness of it was there. I might be getting ahead of myself, but having listened to the album snippets sort of gave me the same vibe. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jj_myXdOLV0 Kinda similar to the more heavily social/political songs on the album, and snippets. Not because of just the visuals or themes of it, but just by the sound. At this early on, not to jinx anything or w/e but like the thought of another Tropico -lengthed vid would feel more like a newscast sorta like Rihanna's American Oxygen, so it'd either have to be done real well, simplified, or she could have more performance vids like the C Hotel. Maybe some vids with the classics on the record, but right now, all I'm seeing is performance videos. Maybe one of the themes of the album is really to just persevere in life, and getting back to the basics kinda helps us all understand what's truly important first. This is gonna be a long week.
  18. The more that I watch the news, and look at videos and articles online, the more I'd hope Change become that new life anthem. So much violence, and Change is the most delicate thing I've heard so far this year. Do you think people would listen to it? It's got to be everywhere.
  19. I hope Space Frontier Lana is still down for the record. It'd be space bliss
  20. Hope we get a new sort of album trailer just in general. Or confirmation at least of what's to come visually
  21. I just wanted to sincerely apologize to @Elle , for her having to sift through the pages. I'm sorry.
