I was curious about this too! Especially because in the past, literally all of the variants were revealed within the week the pre-order went up. I’m not even sure when the picture disc vinyl, Walmart exclusive, and additional tape will be revealed - I guess from a business standpoint they chose to space it out so they can get more money from consumers? BoZ on ATRL said they’re happening and they also announced the UO green vinyl before it was revealed so I guess the extra variants will happen! Maybe closer to the album’s release? It’s stressing me out that we don’t know when though lol

On the topic of setlists, I feel the most realistic setlist (had there been no pandemic or by the rare chance that Lana does a virtual show) would be something like this: 1. Chemtrails Over the Country Club 2. White Dress 3. For Free 4. Born to Die 5. Mariners Apartment Complex 6. Let Me Love You Like a Woman 7. Wild at Heart (or any other album-track) 8. Blue Jeans 9. Cherry 10. White Mustang 11. Pretty When You Cry 12. Change / Black Beauty / Young and Beautiful / Ride 13. Tulsa Jesus Freak (only at some shows though, like Cinnamon Girl) 14. Video Games 15. Ultraviolence 16. Shades of Cool 17. Off to the Races 18. Venice Bitch She always does the title track (Chemtrails), almost always sticks to the 'singles' that were released beforehand (LMLYLAW and White Dress), and usually will add 1-3 other album-tracks (For Free, as that seems comfortable for her since she did it on the last tour, and I picked Wild at Heart and Tulsa Jesus Freak because she usually sticks to album-tracks that are in the first half of the album), all while keeping the setlist relatively consistent from the last tour.

Yeah, I’ve been seeing on social media that a lot of people have been getting weird deposits from her store. Strange. I’ll email them and see what’s going on! and yes omg - but I’m in Canada and no retailer here has the red vinyl, nor does Target ship to Canada anymore! So my options were to order from an international retailer and then use a third-party service like Reship but that was such a headache so I ordered it from JB Hi-Fi in Australia (which ships to Canada) which costed so much more than it would have if it was available here and it’s worth it in my opinion. That cover is too gorgeous to not have.

I know right on the bright side, though, its status is still “confirmed” under my order history when I sign into her webstore so I think it’ll be okay lol. Just thought I’d ask here in case anyone else was experiencing something similar!

I ordered the Chemtrails standard black vinyl, the “double disc” edition with the gray and transparent vinyl, and the box set and I got refunded for all of them, weirdly enough!

For my Chemtrails stuff! I think I saw some posts from IG fan accounts about getting refunded but apparently it’s a glitch? It’s happened to me with other stores where I buy something, they charge me, then a few days later they pay me back what they charged me only to charge me again but never with Lana’s webstore. Hopefully it works itself out!

Did anybody get a deposit from Lana’s official webstore? They “refunded” me for the items I ordered despite not cancelling anything.

There’s no way of knowing for sure obviously unless Lana herself explains it, but we know Sylvia, Marilyn, and Diana are not just mere famous women to her that she listed - they hold a special place in her heart and I’m sure Lana identifies with their stories in the same way she probably identifies with the stories that have been passed down to her in her family - likely ones about her great-grandmother, Violet. In the poem, she implies that these 4 blonde women have had tragic endings to their life stories (we know of Sylvia, Marilyn, and Diana, and can assume something about Violet since she’s grouped with them) but that she dyes her hair black, perhaps to embrace the darkness that got the best of them - whatever form that darkness took - and live with the lightness that they never had in honour of them, maybe. It’s quite a layered poem and that’s my inference, at least!

LOL aw, in all seriousness though, I think I get why you felt sad seeing it. I feel like candid little videos like this really capture who Lana is - she’s generous of spirit, eclectic, a chronicler of sorts, and you can tell she’s someone who finds joy in the little things (like a wolf snow globe!). She’s definitely one of a kind and is the rarer/gentler/more confident/genuine type of person that is hard to come by in a lifetime. It’s sad that someone with this pure of heart isn’t being seen for what she is - little moments like this just remind us of how special she is, even aside from her art. Just who she is! I didn’t mean to write a paragraph about a literal 6 second video but I totally felt the same watching it! I love her so much and it really sucks to see her being lampooned in the media. but our girl is strong and sees through all of it <3
