  1. Interscope threatened to not give her the budget if she didn't give it mainstream appeal. You're encouraging their evil ways. Shame on you!  :smh:

Like Lana would give a fuck she'd go film another iPhone video like she did with UV  :lmao:

She was unhappy with the radio mix of WC, and she made that clear. :flutter:

Different story with FIILY, unfortunately your narrative just doesn't add up! :lmao:

Lana LOVES the drums and wanted them, and you're sitting there bitter with your Schoolboy Q avi while FIILY THRIVES off Lana's idea of adding the drums.   :flutter:

  2. Lana lies and changes her story every few months. Imagine believing her.  :lmao:

If she wanted drums so bad, why didn't she put them on the album version  :lmao:

Are u implying she's a label puppet? The woman that released a 10 minute single?  :lmao:

Make it make sense, delulu  :lmao:

If she didn't want drums why did she officially and PROUDLY release the version with drums, it even got a video, whew, her power  :lmao:

  3. And I don’t disagree with you either. I was agreeing with you in that post.

But you cannot tell me she’s not iconic. She’s stomped on every other female artist in HISTORY on the charts, since the 50s at least. She’s made her mark on our culture. Her music is and will be timeless.

But I never said she is not iconic. She will just not have an album as iconic as The Beatles, which was ur original statement. Then u brought in charts that I don't care about for no reason. :rip:

  4. What’s stopping her? She’s one of only 3 female artists to have an album in the Billboard 200 for over 300 weeks. Tell me she isn’t iconic?

Not Amy Winehouse. Not Katy Perry. Not Lady Gaga. Not Taylor Swift. Not Nancy Sinatra. Not Barbra Streisand.

Nope your girl LDR did that.

Charts have nothing to do with making an album as iconic as a Beatles album, which as u said urself, she has yet to do. Ugh :rip:

  5. I love it too but it's tragically produced jack literally just pulled up the studio and threw some guitar all over and went back to producing taylors shit album. it has next to zero replay value for me and itll be forgotten quickly after the album drops

Rather a song that's forgotten fondly than one like Coachella that is a literal shit stain :rip:

I remember everyone thinking it'd be a psychedelic driven song due to the Woodstock inclusion :rip:

  6.

I love that she went into a completely different lane after LFL it does feel like a departure from that sound and I can't complain about that! But I feel like she'll stick with Jack for her next record, like I'm pretty sure she's already working on her follow up, and for some reason that makes me sad. I feel like Jack is sooo basic.

Same. Very happy to hear the cheap beats that infested LFL are mostly gone. This album is definitely more organic and more quintessential Lana. More of an ode to herself than the world around her. I prefer that, and prefer artists writing from a more self-indulgent point of view in general. & Lana is better than restricting herself to Jack only, I mean, that is so limiting. She's in a good place to work with some major talent outside of his world, so I hope she ventures out so she's working alongside someone else other than him.
