paying people $2 to buy your $1 song on Itunes isn't making money, lol
invest that money in learning how to sing without sounding like a wailing cat and maybe you won't have to buy youtube views and comments!

You're giving me serious Azealia attitude vibes, so I guess you better cut it out if you want your "music" career to live on

I'd take more over less though because even the Lana songs I despise I get something out of. A unique phenomenon to her and her alone tbh.
But immaculate long albums exist.

she fuckin' sings "come on, you know you like little girls" and y'all decide to get your panties in a bunch about seeming evidence of her rowdy sex habits smh

When you take "you got the music in you" in context it's quite gorgeous. As I said in the lyric thread, she is referencing her sobriety and people saying she's not having fun unless she's drinking but she has found "the music" in this guy that has made her feel alive again. Then she talks about people in the West Coast having their shallow, Hollywood icons (Queen of Saigon reference), but her guy simply has "the music." It's stunning.

I hadn't picture it that way actually... it's a very good interpretation indeed

I really, really fucking love West Coast.
It's bright, yet uncomfortably dark in an unexplainable way, not to mention it is pretty damn unpredictable in sound, which makes it that much more fun to listen to.
Chapter one of the redemption story has unfolded, and it's beautiful.

No I made a joke because Naomi Shon made a typo on the Tropico poster but the joke is only funny to me

I love how it references her sobriety...like people saying she can't have fun without drinking but she found "the music" in this guy that has made her feel alive again.

Perfectly matches the stripped-down, atmospheric/psychedelic, 60s rock sound she described...couldn't be more perfect.

I saw a bunch of instagram vids of Ride pop up way later in the set, around the MDM point - and only Body Electric/Cola ones at the start, so I'm 90% sure.
There were some flops at the show who thought Cola was West Coast ( ) so maybe the tweets saying Ride was second were similarly ignorant to song titles?
