Every time I read anything about Bravado/the staff there it's like... wut?! Some of them are saying it's cancelled, others are saying it's delayed. Some of them want you to send back the CD, some don't care about the CD coming back. Some of them are refunding 7 euros, while others, 5. These clowns need to sort out their circus.

I was getting that limited edition of the album, it isnt available in my local Australian stores 
thank you sis, i'm getting to this asshole.

first ask for a refund because you wanted that record and if it's not on stock you don't want it, and if he says no or doesn't answer Ill say that i would contact to my bank/ consumer agencies if i don't get my money back since i don't want any other product on the website

wish i ordered from the french store and not the german store since bravado suck so fucking bad

I’d like to think the German store is in the same situation as the French one, but they don’t know how to handle it properly. That’s why I’m gonna stay quiet till next month or so, and if I don’t receive anything they better be prepared to give me my f*cking full refund. And no I’m not sending you the damn CDs which are already opened and used.

what the actual fuck. i ordered from there too and they offered me €7 back and you they only offered €5? we should get all our fucking money back 

That's what is weird to me too. The worst part is that they did not even tell me that the Lana cards are cancel for me! I had to ask them myself why it is taking so long and they replied by telling me actually, we don't have any. Why not send an email out to everyone who ordered? Why do the customer have to reach out themself to find out it's not going to ever arrive? Not going to buy from her store again for these kinds of items. Seems all the stores had issues, all different issues, but still issues.

And how do they decide who is getting a card? I am a little speechless. But at least I learned my lesson: For me it's better buying from a scalper and actually receiving the signed stuff than buying from her store and being mega frustrated.

I emailed Bravado asking them about the cancelled cards, why we only get refunds when we actually ask for them and why they're selling items that are not even existing. That really is the worst customer service I ever came across. At this point I don't know if I should scream or cry - I was so happy that I was able to buy a signed card for the normal price and not from a scalper on eBay. Now waiting for their reply 

lol someone told me that bravado did refund them the whole cost but they had to send the cd back 💀
