From about '08 to '10 i listened to a radio station called KGRL online that was all singer-songwriter acoustic tracks by women and she was one of their featured artists in 2010. Gah, I wish that station were still around.

Lana joining the leagues of Erykah Badu, Alanis Morissette, Fiona Apple, Lauryn Hill would be interesting, all wonderful Unplugged episodes. I could definitely seeing her doing a VH1 Unplugged online performance, which if I'm not mistaken is sporadically played amongst their video block and also streamed online. I think they've revived MTV Unplugged in the las few years with some hipster bands, so you never know. However, half of her setlist would be songs we've heard in acoustic a thousand times over.

Haynie's overall production on BTD is what really brings the tracks together, I think. Personally, I would love to hear how he'd treat some of the AKA tracks. I think she could incorporate Yayo, Mermaid Motel, and maybe another into a live setlist but I'm so sure she will not.

I've got one that's been bothering me since the days of LDRFM: In May of 2011, The Guardian posted this review of the 18 track sampler (which I remember was an online link to streaming tracks, not a physical CD). The article lists these songs Paris, MDM, Driving In Cars, HDB, Puppy Love, and Carmen. So my question is: does anybody here know what the other 12 songs included were? Also, there was a promo from 2011 on eBay (before Put The Radio On leaked) and it included some other BTD era tracks on it. Does anybody happen to remember what tracks were on that promo either? There was a thread in this forum, but it has since disappeared.

Do you guys really think everything she writes about is from 7 years ago when she supposedly became sober? There are probably more songs in her catalog that reference her drug use than songs that don't. If she honestly weren't on drugs, she surely wouldn't want casual listeners to think that she were.
