I agree with the management side of this but, if they managed her better and Lana wasn't as happy with how things are the era probably would have been better, IMO the music is perfectly fine.

This is strange, I wasn't sure on Honeymoon at first and now everyone seems to be over it, I'm living for it now.

I honestly love all of Lana's lyrics, she tells stories with her songs rather just the generic love song blandness which other artists do. Her song's go deep too which I love. I'll admit certain little lyrics are not 'genius' but they fit with the song concept which is good enough. Honeymoon has a lot of longevity for me, its one of those albums that really are a slow burner that you appreciate more and more.

Born To Die: Pretty Happy with the singles to be honest, definatley keep the same song and maybe add more videos. Video Games Blue Jeans Born To Die Summertime Sadness National Anthem Off To The Races - I think this would have been an amazing closer to the album Paradise: Ride American Gods & Monsters Ultraviolence: West Coast Shades Of Cool Brooklyn Baby Old Money Black Beauty - This would have been a great closer on the era I think Honeymoon: High By The Beach Music To Watch Boys Salvatore God Knows I Tried Blackest Day

Hi, I became a fan of Lana when I first heard VG, so even though I heard her at the beginning of her career I still don't know the story of how she broke out. It seems like VG was released and she was just around then and went huge. I know she made the video herself, and I heard she uploaded it and then it just caught on. Whats the story of what happened please guys? Is there another thread explaining the rise of Lana?

Hmmm I find it weird she would do that and there's no bad blood between them, must be a bit more to the story. The way Lana talks about love though I find it difficult to believe she could throw someone away like that, I mean when she released VG she spoke so much about honoring love.

I'm happy actually, this album has slowly grown with me. I wasn't sure when I first heard it but now each song is become better and better. This is how Lana's music usually is with my anyway and its great because it gives it longevity, instead of loving everything from the second its out, listening to each song 10000x and then getting bored and wanting new music.

I wish Lana would record her singing her songs, just a simple recording of her with a band with no audience for extra promo. It would be great to hear some of her new songs live.

I think copying her tattoos is a bit lame because they have no personal meaning to you, but then thats just me. I know loads of people who get tattoos because they look nice and they dont care about the meaning. If someone was to get song lyrics or something then thats different since they can have a special meaning to someone.

I understand that thats a way people use the word 'bitch' but at the same time, I also feel its a word that is used in many different ways. I personally hear it used in plenty of ways that has nothing to do with feminizing people.

Yeah I hear straight guys using the word Bitch in this way, not to feminize someone.

I hate how little promo we get from Lana these days. When she speaks of her idea's I so want to see her put them into work, imagine the videos we could have from her with her mind running the way it does.
