I'm pretty sure I've heard everything Lana has done or that leaked, and I love almost everything (Sorry Princess Superstar).  My favorites are Pawn Shop Blues, Trash Magic, Mermaid Motel, Driving in Cars With Boys (high chorus), Brooklyn Baby, and West Coast.  Favorite video is her singing Pin Up Galore on open-mike night somewhere.  It just kills me knowing there are probably a hundred songs she's written since the big leak stashed on a flash drive we'll never hear.

might not be unpopular but AKA is probably one of Lana's best works. the authenticity of it is so charming and the visuals are so unique- there's a very sweet eeriness that's kind of haunting in the best way. The creative vision behind it was brilliant. No other album is like it

It's probably syrup.  I think she is saying, "You're golden grill, your purple drink".  "Purple drank" aka "sizzurp" is made from codeine cough syrup and fruit punch or probably any other soft drink available.  Abuse of this concoction is what put Lil Wayne in the hospital and ended up forcing number one overall draft pick Jamarcus Russel out of the NFL.  Even if she does say "purple dream", this is probably what she is talking about.

Lana had a song called "My Momma" on the May Jailer album.  Hope the lyrics aren't autobiographical.

Perhaps the name of that blog should be changed from "They're Watching Us" to " Seriously, I Need Help".

I've never seen any evidence that gays are any more or less predatory than non-gays.  I've worked with many gays, and those who haven't and expect them to be different would find they are surprisingly "normal".  They go to work, try to do a good job, then go home to their personal life just like their non-gay counterparts.  The idea that people who are "different" are evil is just stupid and based on nothing.  Don't fall for it.  Of couse, generally it is a good idea to ignore anything you hear from Russian skinheads, or any other skinheads, as well.

The music was written by Tchaikovsky, believe it or not.

"The Endless Summer" was probably the most famous surfing movie of all time.  It came out a long time ago (1966) and is about some surfers who travel the world looking for the best waves to surf.  With her interest in the Beach Boys, it seems unlikely Lana is unaware of the connection.  For example, summer in Australia is December to February.  I think it will be a world tour.
