I usually craft out these complex music videos in my mind when listening to songs, but that just doesn't happen with Sad Girl for some reason. I don't know what to think, feel, or see. Yet it's my favourite song from UV.

I Never Learn is officially one of my favourite albums ever. I'm also starting to get into her older stuff (e.g. Youth Knows No Pain, Sadness Is A Blessing). I really want to go see her in Cologne but none of my friends are willing to spend money on travel + concert tickets for someone they've never heard of. She's so underrated it's not fair

I Was In a Bad Way is one of my favorite unreleased songs.

Wasn't it recorded in Santa Monica? That's what the booklet says at least. I'm assuming the vocals were recorded with Rick in Santa Monica and then Paul Epworth did his thing at Church Studios.

I hear "chica cherry" instead of "drink a cherry". You can clearly hear the "ch" sound.
