I highly doubt it. BoZ’s favourite song from Ocean Blvd was Grandfather and he thought Kintsugi was not so special compared to Fingertips; and well, Kintsugi’s name says it about the love they had for that track. I also think they had very different opinions about Margaret (Boz thought it was a 💩)

Eclipse usually comes through each era with a new single drop info.. Although I don’t think he did with the lead single to Ocean Blvd. All the soundtracks or unexpected collabs, he usually opens up a new thread (we learned from him about her Rob collabs and Blue Skies for The New Look)

Depends on the era. Lately (since COcC) she’s been keeping cards close to her chest (we found about the lead through an insider or from her website, in the data). But for Norman, she had teased the singles before release (post and snippet)

I’ve mentioned it before, this summer, but if there is a sorta pattern with her albums, the LP following a « transition one » (like LFL and Ocean Blvd, both long albums with a mix of different genres and collabs where she is unpacking a lot) could be another American masterpiece, like BTD and NFR were. See where I’m going with this…

Clearly Kamala. As for the Lasso single, well… anyways, as much as I want this damn album and lead single, in the next days, I’ll get new songs by Finneas, the Weeknd, FJM and fkatwigs. Were in limbo and nobody is saying much about Lasso, so I’ll check out for my mental health

It’s true she’s done it several times in the past… But what gives me hope is that Stagecoach really is for country music, a genre she hasn’t really dived into yet. Ok, she could have two Lasso singles, country covers and twitch some of her classics for Stagecoach, but it’d be a bit thin IMO. An album out would give a real taste of what her country music really is.

I don’t think that how it was meant to be understood. Lana said that Lasso was very Americana lyrically: American dream, nature (perhaps), being free, laidback, having the choice to choose your own destiny (ta name a few elements). If those insider claims are true, it seems she is afraid of what would happen if Trump won, if only for the right to get an abortion. If she paints an idealistic view of what the American lifestyle could be on her album, and with a president she fears could « take it all away », then I could understand not wanting to release her album so soon to a Trump victory, with the morale of the « troops » being so low. But hey, we have no idea yet if those claims by our new insider are true, so let’s take everything with a grain of salt I guess.

I really like Tough, but with Summer being gone, i now wish for « bops » more in the vein of Peppers or Taco Truck: songs that aren’t « too light », easy to listen to no matter what the season is.

This year, she seems to be glowing.

I know a little how Ozempic and all work for people who are struggling daily with their weight and are diagnosed as having a disease with food/obesity (constantly thinking about food the same way an alcoholic person does for booze). The drug stops the craving, which helps people lose weight. Mixed with exercise and healthier habits, it can help someone lose lots of pounds. But it also comes with side effects for some people (hair loss, digestive problems, etc.) Lana sure wasn’t obese before losing weight… So I don’t know anyways back to topic!

She sure is thin right now, and the thinner you are the least muscles show… But I have no idea. As long as she is healthy… This is now my motto when it comes to physique / trends / gaining or losing weight…

I can’t understand to this day how is that woman NOT a Gemini : the way she switches almost to « extremes » when it comes to her men: some « famous », then « nobodys », some very handsome, others not so much (I know it’s debatable); some more conservatives and others more liberal… artists and then men who don’t seem to have artistic inclinations… Never change, Lana, never change If you’re happy, then good for you and you go, girl

I know the album is not happening in September, but this month is way too much quiet when it comes to new album releases. Reputation TV was rumoured for this month and I think it scared a lot of labels to have Sept releases. it’d have been nice, to have Lasso right now

It’s the standout of the two she sang at that Coalition Event. Hey Blue Baby has a nice chorus and an outstanding bridge but the verses are a bit meh 🫤 a studio version of Stupid for Being so Happy could be incredible

Unless she countryfies her songs or includes 5 country covers, I’m pretty sure we’ll get Lasso beforehand
