i agree now might not be the time to release music of that tone or it could be the perfect time? either way i do see how that could have impacted her decision... the bit that doesn't sit well is like there's nothing else been mentioned or said. she's kinda saying that's it now til an unconfirmed date, i had all these surprises planned and when this is over we'll party etc sounds like she's given up for the time being. i would've liked something from her, even just revealing the album art, tracklist, anything... an ep or even a new song would've been the best thing she could do now, she must have a song about hope or positivity on this album... gift it to your fans. i dunno, like people have said its not a financial thing, she wouldn't be at that much of a loss surely by dropping the album digitally? she could even upgrade all physical copies preordered on her store to signed copies, not like she hasn't got the time... i dunno. like people have said, we're trapped indoors and i wouldn't usually rush to listen to a gaga album but fuck if she dropped it now, i'd definitely give it a listen cos what else can i do other than sit at home and kill time?

honestly i'm not her biggest fan, like i enjoyed the fame, didn't really check back in til joanne (it was decent) and obviously like the whole world heard the a star is born stuff... i wasn't vibing with the new single but right now would be a great time for her to even drop an ep? include the next single, drop the video, reveal the album cover, tease the tracklist... go insta live, do an online performance/livestream, do a q+a about the album... do something! do anything! like she has a 16+ track album just sat there, delay it so you make more money but at least give the fans something... a 4 track ep with stupid love, the 2nd single and then 2 filler tracks would do

can someone link me to the new white dress?
-
July and I Got So High... should be the blueprint for her EP / album / project... It's pretty obvious she's not gonna be a hit maker or anywhere near as successful as Miley, so why do they keep stalling her? Here's hoping we still get to hear 60 Days Sober N Cool

I'd be so down for like fortnightly/monthly drops whilst we're self isolating etc. She might as well drip feed us XCX World
-
Eyelar replying to her insta post and asking her to jump on Daddy Knows and release it is a vibe
-
I honestly wouldn't even satisfy her by giving Taxi one stream at this point... Party 4 U however
-
somebody should spam her with all the times she shit on True Romance during the Sucker era... maybe then she'll actually do something worthwhile instead of constantly teasing True Romance 2.0

Can't believe Number 1 Angel is 3 years old! Like how? i remember Vroom Vroom always felt like a side project (which i loved) but it's not what i expected Charli to evolve into at that time, so the first listen of Number 1 Angel was a dream. A complete visual and sonic reinvention of Charli. I don't even know what I'm getting at but basically we wouldn't have what we have now if it weren't for this mixtape and I'm just still in love everything about it.

I'm very excited for whatever XCX4 is... I really want some more sad songs from her

I'm so happy she's teasing the idea of releasing the angry album... I saw her last night in Glasgow and honestly Nightmare and EOM were highlights! The show was incredible though, sadly the Manic material wasn't doing it for me live. Without Me, Graveyard, YSBS and 3am were good but the older material felt superior and had the crowd giving more energy
-
wait, but why does that mean we shouldn't trust her when talking about the new album?
-
why do we not trust her? i know there's been numerous delays throughout her career but they've always seemed out of her control and she's always been pretty vocal and honest about it all... like she's not lana she was very hesitant to mention an album in the last few years cos she didn't wanna disappoint and then finally once she got the go ahead she delivered, same with the mixtapes and monthly drops.

fair, i enjoy the contrast... kinda like this dreamy ethereal intro then wap is so loud and in your face

Vulnerable was added to some Spotify playlists alongside the title track so I'm hoping that means they're considering it as a single
-
Other than her health issues there was legit no reason for this album to take 5 years after Revival... As mentioned a large portion of this record is the original 2017 album, she even confirmed that the album cover was shot 1 and a half years ago... So like, what were they doing?
-
Really bizarre but I went into HMV today and this album was hidden in her artists section, not on new releases or trending? Surely an album (deluxe edition) that boasts so many 'hits' would be front in centre... plus following Revival's success I'd assume there'd be some hype for this from the GP

So, has anybody been able to identify what the differences are on the NFR (New Version)? I saw somebody on Instagram saying they'd recieved their copy from Rough Trade and that the only difference is Hope Is A Dangerous Thing is the single version (minus Jack's outro) Somebody also said that the sampling issue was in Fuck It I Love You single version but that wouldn't make sense cos all physical copies have the alternate mix?
