I'm just really tired of people saying she seems tired of making music. If you've followed ANY interviews from the past year, she has shown so much dedication to her work and fans. She's put so much more into this album than she did in FF so it is really fucking annoying seeing people say the same shit over and over. Even people that are defending this album are saying she seems tired of making music, consistently spewing out bullshit with nothing to back it up. The more people do this, the more others will hear it from them and just decide to not listen this time around. Do some fucking research before you open your broken-record mouth.

Alien: love it :`)) its repetitive but we already knew that. The lyrics arent the best (sry Charli) but the production is great. vocals sound different but good. good choice for an opening track
 
Work Bitch: i didn't love this song at first listen, but now i really do. Oh god i hate the censored version i hope i ordered the explicit version lol or I'll have to replace Work Work w/ Work Bitch. (im looking at baby v's signature while im listening lmaoo can we just talk about how great she looks in the video). AHH the bridge YAASSS work work work work work work work work work work work work work work work work
 
Perfume: I'm surprised she chose this as her 2nd single? I like it but i feel like there are better tracks on the album. I'm excited for the video she looks hawt from the outtakes wait is the album version different than the single? or am i imagining things?? yeah its definitely different.. is it?? help me
 
It Should Be Easy: ok i'm just gonna go right ahead and say it, i dont like will.i.am. britney's vocal production sounds so weird. but the instrumentals are really good. and i guess will's verse isn't so bad?? idk. gonna have to listen to this track a few times to form a solid opinion. I can see this being the next single. like idk i can already hear it on the radio.
 
Tik Tik Boom:    i really like this ommmmmfffgggg. i like the lyrics    T.I sounds good. i was skeptical about rappers in her most personal album but yes i like his verse. from the way u guys were describing it i thought there was gonna be a huge bass drop but now i see what you were talking about
 
Body Ache; YAAAASSS i love this song i hope she makes a video for this    anyway this was really good yass   idk what else to say. yaasss
 
Til It's Gone: oh shit yass that beat drop!! lyrics are mediocre and its kinda repetitive but... i can see myself getting turnt up to this    definitely not a stand-out track. not yet, at least.
 
Passenger: when it leaked and people were skeptical of whether it was actually britney i was like ???? obviously its her??? but now i can see where they're coming from. she sounds different. i feel like the leak was different than the album version? idk maybe not. i only listened to it twice. over all its an alright song. it has its good and bad elements. i like the bridge tho!
 
Chillin' With You: when i first heard that Jamie Lynn was gonna be on a track i was like    anyway i like the acoustic intro. nice change. didn't jamie sing the opening for Zoe 101?? lol. WHOA omg i did not expect her to sound like this?? she actually sounds good! maybe ill get her album lmao get that promo. anyway this is a cute song i didn't expect to really like this all that much but its pretty good! 
 
Don't Cry: I like it a lot tbh the lyrics are good and she sounds good and yeah. does this count as a ballad? if it does i think its my favorite ballad from the album. aw its so sad  
 
Overall: This is probably not my favorite album, but who knows it may really grow on me. I still like it a lot and im so proud of her    i was expecting it to be a lot worse based on your reviews but yall are just bxtches. She said she made it for her die hard fans so maybe only her die hard fans can really appreciate it. and now im so pumped for her piece of me tour omg 
 
this review was not at all thorough i know lol. But this album def made it onto my AOTY list and im planning on collaborating w/ my friend to review all the albums we choose so i will share that

So here it is, my Britney Jean (Standard) review
 
Alien - 8/10 I really liked the demo when it leaked, it was fresh and different and the vocals, those damn vocals. But then the final version was released and Orbit gave her an "alien" voice, wich is great for the track but the demo is better. And it's so sad that the track felt so short.
 
Work Bitch - 8/10 I like the track, however it's so rushed in the tracklist, it takes you from an extraterrestrial Alien to a banger like WB to a ballad like Perfume. I like her writing here and her vocals, cause even tho it's a dance track it won't be the same without Britney vocals, the song sadly it's short and it doesn't feature Britney's strogest vocals.
 
Perfume - 8/10 Her raw vocals are good, the writing it's great but IDK, we have better midtempos in the album than this.
 
It Should Be Easy Ft. will.i.am - 6/10 WHAT THE FUCK! I'm pretty sure this is "Easy" the rejected track from #willpower, the first 2 min and a half is will Ft. Britney, the it's obvious that they felt "hey this is Brit's album not will's" so they added a break. 
 
Tik Tik Boom Ft. T.I. - 10/10 This is a fucking dubstep banger, BUT THIS IS DUBSTEP, not the vanilla dubstep from FF, this is real, just like Godney wanted for the original FF, the beat it's heavy, her vocals are soft and sweet, the Britney the GP loves is here, but then T.I. drops his verse and FUCK it tkes you to a hole new level. The GRL demo doesn't make this justice. Shitting on ya faves T.I. collabo. 
 
Body Ache - 8/10 It sounds like a Myah Marie song, and I'm so happy with it, Myah co wrote the track and it's great, a great follow up for TTB, sadly it doesn't have that CLUB BANGER status tha TTB has. But I'm sure we will be pussy popping to this.
 
Til It's Gone 10/10 Britney is no longer the cute girl of europop tracks that she was in Blackout, she is here to slay everybody with hard EDM beats, while the others keep roaring and clapping, she is here to tell you "you never know what you got til it's gone" it's perfect to get over whoever his name was. I'm just in FUCKING love with it
 
Passenger - 10/10 Spearitual Britney takes the wheel and takes you n a magic trip between an exotic intro and raw vocals. I feel bad for Perry (if she co wrote it for sure), she let go a great track that would made Prism a more interesting album, but Britney's touch it's what make this track so perfect.
 
Chillin' With You Ft, Jamie Lynn Spears - 8/10 Let's take a ride with the princess of pop, now queen of pop and the new princess of country, this track it's obviously personal. Those I'm Not A Girl vocals are so flawless, sadly we get to the part the new dinamic duo start "chillin' with each other" and the track it's a mess. But I love how her vocals work and blend, it's so magical. And Jamie owns the "chillin' with you" part tbh. & the guitars intro and outro
 
Don't Cry - 9/10 Love that the track it's between an acoustic track and a fully produced track, when the chorus starts, all your emotions appear. A great way to end the album, and Britney's vocals sound like they were recorded in 2001 with Lonely, Anticipated & Boys. 
 
RESULTS: 8.5
 
I won't review Brightest Morning Star since we don't know if it's the final version or a demo just like Alien & maybe Passenger

To be perfectly honest, I think she killed it from "Think I'll miss you forever..." til the very end.
 
As much as she pisses me off, Miley is a damn good singer. I like that you can tell she really appreciates the song and admires Lana and I respect her for showing it. Especially when it's usually pettiness and competition among celebs nowadays.
 
In fact I have noticed a lot of artists are like that with Lana. They don't like her because they have to, to fit in or to conform. They honestly like her, admire her and enjoy her work and are willing to speak to how good she really is, regardless of what critics say. Lana has a lot of influential fans.
