I just heard the love of my life, Lana Del Rey's, new single today (West Coast)

I hope there's at least 16 tracks omg ~

Well, what I meant to say in the first place was that even though this seems "happy" it might turn into something like the SS video... There were some happy moments there (Lana and Jaime spinning with the camera/ them walking and joking together, etc) but the feeling of the video was overall melancholic.

Both good songs (great in AFFA's case), but I'd rather the album have all new music.

Tbh I'm getting kind of nervous about this album just from all the little information that we have.
Unlistenable??? Like what does that even mean. If someone said 'yeah you gotta check this out dude its unlistenable' like who wants that?
The video snippet she posted doesn't exactly show what 'future jazz' might sound like based on the way she was moving, but future jazz could mean anything coming from Lana.
Also with the video snippet, I remember hearing some vague pan flute noises which really scares me.
 
Idk I'm just extremely skeptical. I love all of Lana's old stuff and I'm glad she's branching out into new genres and all, but I'm afraid I won't like this one.

I hope she doesn't pull a Beyoncé. I want to experience the suspense when she releases the tracklist and we guess what each of the songs are about. I want to countdown to when the singles and UV are released. Even though having to wait is so infuriating, I love the guesswork of things.

All I hope for is that she promotes this album like she did with Born To Die ( interviews, magazine shoots and tv shows) and not just release one single and one year later release another EP with the same songs.

I could see lana like playing the bad guy- a villain not the victim , no more nice girl. (For the videos) something dark in a violent modern era mixed with a lot of roses lol
