  1. The Tyrant video is really good. It's hypnotizing. I find it funny how apathetic Kali and Jorja look though lol

I think the album is much stronger than PH, which I already thought was strong. The story, cohesiveness, and control of the album really shines. It definitely seems like a complete project instead of just a collection of similar sounding songs with similar themes. However, I tend to skip like half of the album. It's not that I don't like it, just like some songs much more than others. I think Writer in the Dark is the strongest on the album. The emotion in her voice combined with the lyrics is insane. Faves: Green Light Sober Homemade Dynamite Liability Sober II (Melodrama) Writer in the Dark Usually skip: The Louvre Hard Feelings/Loveless Supercut Liability (Reprise) Perfect Places
  3. cool, never knew this existed. thank you
  4. do you know where i could find a download or streaming link for Know What I Want?
  5. Anyone notice she took down some of the Por Vida videos? Know What I Want is absolutely nowhere to be found
  6. I didn't interpret it as her killing herself but coming down to the rest of the world instead of being "in her own world" on top of the Hollywood sign
  7. she's had worse videos, but i still think it was boring. i still miss BTD-era videos. i don't want them to be as depressing and morbid as they used to be, I just want that creativity, storytelling, production level, and cinematography back. Blue Jeans and National Anthem are perfect examples of not being overly dramatic, dark, morbid, or depressing, while still being stunning videos with great stories and cinematography. I've been bored with her videos ever since the UV era started and BTD/Paradise ended.
  8. Damn, reading all these replies to this thread made me feel like the song was gonna be bad, but I looooveee it. It does sound kinda demo-ish and the beat is pretty generic, but I fucking love this. It's something different and more hip hop than she's really ever done. I really love the growling bass in the production and the outro is beautiful. This song will probably become forgettable to me tbh, but right now on first listen, I love it. My favorite song from this era so far.
  9. The verses were really good and then the chorus came and it just fell kinda flat. I was expecting this big chorus but then it just wasn't. Still good though. Maybe it'll grow it on me.
  10. This made me laugh. I like the album title though. I relate to it. On a side note, she went from "Born to Die" to "Lust for Life"
  11. can someone pm me BAR please? I only got to listen to it once when it leaked before the link was taken down and I haven't gotten to listen to it since.
  12. sounds like an evolved version of something that would've been on Sirens
  13. This whole witchcraft thing is making me feel conflicted tbh. I've been a fan for years, but witchcraft is not really something I want to support. I don't like Trump either, but the whole witchcraft/occult/satanism thing gives me bad vibes and I'd like to stay away from that. I know this sounds stupid because it's not really going to affect me or how I enjoy her music, but it's still not something I want to support.
  14. I really love the space and desert aesthetic. Seriously beautiful. Video was gorgeous. Kinda wish she was in it more and more of the main focus, but I understand why she's not. Also, does anyone think it seems overly happy? It's so weird to see her smile so much and be so upbeat and hopeful. What if this is representing her being overly hopeful and naive, and then it all comes crashing down and the rest of the album is super dark?
  15. This this this. I love that Love is happy and bittersweet. It's a feel-good while also making me want to cry because it reminds me of the good times. I hope the rest of the album has songs like this and more upbeat, light ones.
  16. I just posted like 2 seconds ago but I just listened to it a second time and I seriously love it. I love that it's a happy and hopeful song. It reminds me not only how it feels to be in love, but to be a kid again as well. It just reminds me of all the good times, and it's such a welcome change. Don't get me wrong, I love dark Lana. But I've been so ready for a change of pace with her and it's so welcomed. I love the space + desert theme. It's just all so great. I'm really excited.
  17. At first I wasn't feeling it that much, but by the end, I started loving it. It's so beautiful. I love that it's actually a happy song. It's a really welcomed change. I might even call it a feel-good song. Love it.
  18. iTunes (not Apple Music) link: https://itun.es/us/vTJ-hb
  19. I love how teasing the song is. The plucked bass, the drums, and Lana's sexy ass vocals. Even the length of the song, it makes it one big tease. It's incredible.
