I don't think it's the real cover. Even when Lana's stripped down, she likes being a little glamorous and this is like a run of the mill photo. The Ultraviolence billboards have the one of her lighting a cigarette and if that is the theme of the record, I doubt the album cover would be so simple. But if it is the real cover, she looks beautiful

I have yet to see confirmation for the cover. It seems pretty LQ.
 
However I like it, if it's real! It's simple. It's just I wish it wasn't B&W. I just personally don't like B&W covers.

Oh, and I bet The Other Woman is the Nina cover. It's less than 3 minutes long, and covers are generally shorter in length. (See Blue Velvet). Also, older songs from that era are generally shorter than songs nowadays.
