She’s marketing herself how she did 15 years ago at her peak, the problem is…..as always, the music landscape has changed and i don’t think people care about her style of brand anymore. It hasn’t evolved. Even someone like Gaga who isn’t as popular as she was during her peak BTW days has evolved with the times, changed things up, broadened her scope, really made the effort to showcase a level of artistry even outside of music and keep a level of interest from the public. I don’t think Katy is interested in doing anything else.

Doja has actually been trying to get away from Luke from what i remember, there have been contracts she hasn’t been able to get out of, so she just made the best out of an awkward situation. Or something….i can’t remember. As for Kim, she has received massive backlash over Luke and doesn’t care and has literally told people to fuck off. It’s just not making headlines because she’s not famous enough.

Gorgeous and Nirvana are cute. That’s about it. She’s never been an album artist to me. The most consistent one she released was Teenage Dream, everything else always only had a handful of good tracks imo. The album/singles certainly aren’t going to carry this era. I’m guessing any touring she does will be a success though, so at least she’s got that.

I liked the Avicii dance version of the Rebel Heart title track. As stated though, i remember back when these were leaking and it was just a few demo versions of tracks from the album, not the whole project. Anything else leaked were songs cut from the album.
