@SlowGinFizzzz i know it's Sana season, but so far it feels pretty dispersed, don't you think? even social media updates aside... like, it was clear from ep 1 that s3 was gonna be about Isak and Even, and this season we're already 2 episodes in and there's no clearly defined path yet. there's so many parallel storylines, even those involving Sana? i personally think Julie is trying to tie all the loose ends and this season will be a bit atypical.

@SlowGinFizzzz strangest things have been said about it... some people think he might have / have had a thing with Mikael & that Even outed them while manic and that the fb thing was about that also, SKAM - the show where everyone assumes none of our faves are straight.

you can, you'll still understand each season's main plot... but you'll miss some references / continuity stuff & it's really interesting to follow the character development throughout the 3 seasons (especially Isak's). i binge watched the 1st 2 seasons in a day before i started watching s3 in real time; the episodes are short and there's only between 10 & 12 of them per season, so you can easily go through it all in a couple of days AND start watching the new one in real time. personal opinion, of course.

i'm weirdly okay with it being the last season i'm NOT okay with the implication that Even is gonna get hurt in it (PROTECT EVEN AT ALL COSTS) and interesting choice of song in the trailer, Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood covered by Cat Stevens (who is a muslim himself) and so this kicks off yet another 3 months of high stress and sleepless nights, here we gooooo

Blood Fire Death & Hammerheart are my favorite albums. and i also really like both Nordland albums, after they abandoned the thrash-y/rock n'roll-y sound. are you also a fan? i already know Hawkwind, but thanks! =) i'm only really familiar with their early 70s stuff though, something like the 1st 5 albums. their discography is so vast... what else do you recommend out of it?

thrash metal is my favorite kind, from the classic Bay Area scene to Vektor, Voivod and the like. but my absolute favorite metal band is actually Bathory. my favorite rock-subgenre is psychedelic, both classic 60s/70s psychedelia and neo-psych. fave bands/artists: early era Pink Floyd/Syd Barrett, 13th Floor Elevators & The Chocolate Watchband + Topaz Rags, Sun Araw & Lumerians, to name a few. other than that (and idk if this is considered 'indie' or not since i don't usually think of indie as a genre, just... short for 'independent artist'), i'm a huge fan of the Copenhagen underground scene, like Iceage (the one everyone knows), but also Lust For Youth, Vår, Communions, Sexdrome, Skurv, Marching Church, etc.
