Well, this is an exciting idea. When I hear music to watch boys to, I think of Lana laying on the beach scouting out different boys. I feel a instrumental combination of Hawaiian Tropic. Because of You, and Meet Me In The Pale Moonlight with Emile Haynie's production would be a dreamy beach party. I don't like "music to watch boys to" as a title of anything though.

Brooklyn Baby or Money Power Glory. There's really not many single worthy songs.
