  1. I hope everyone asks her about the poetry book; it'll be fun
  2. Oh so she didn't do a love heart on all of them. Queen of inconsistency. I'm surprised she didn't do some all lowercase with random capital letters .... Actually, she probably did.

Yeah there's a post on VK about it ... March 2017, apparently. Also, sis plays HORNS (thank you to @@Lanalouis1 for bringing it to everyone's attention). I feel like this is an important revelation. Please tell me Jack has footage of her playing these horns.
  4. Given all the fuck ups I wouldn't be at all surprised if they didn't submit it in time or something.
  5. The song itself is about these famous creative types she gets tied up with. So I think that maybe the images represent how those relationships are always in the public eye ("you blame the news"). And as I said there are two different images, one in each lens ... so maybe one is like ... reality versus public perception? It's difficult to tell because you can't really see them clearly, but that'd be my guess. I would assume that she and Pasta are on OK terms, given that Chuck is a photographer and he is a creative director for the same company. Like, I don't think I'd work with my sister's ex if they despised each other. She really dodged a bullet with him, though. His womanising ways are well-known. I'm surprised Anna Wintour let him marry her daughter, but that's a whole other conversation ...
  6. I laughed the entire time ... I thought she could actually play it, at least a little? Didn't she play a song for Moby on his piano before declaring that he should be guillotined? Obviously, she just couldn't be bothered making it look convincing, and/or didn't think we'd notice. We noticed, sis.
  7. I will now attempt to make myself and others who cannot buy this shit feel better: The font on the Cinnamon Girl stuff reminds me of the Chupa Chup font. And $35 for 7 postcards ...
  8. https://www.billboard.com/amp/articles/columns/pop/8528791/norman-rockwell-lana-del-rey-poll?__twitter_impression=true Sis puts out 13 original songs so everyone votes for the cover. Fix it, ladies.

    Venice Bitch

Yeah and clover is a nickname for weed ... but idk about the crimson. It all has a double meaning, I'm sure.
  10. I think it should've been called Happiness is a Firefly. "Try to catch it like every night It escapes from my hands into moonlight" Would've made more sense because they come out at night. When have you ever seen a butterfly fluttering about at night? NEVER, that's when. Plus I feel like fireflies are very underrated whilst butterflies are overrated. I like being insane, it's fun.

  12. I love how she was asked if the album is referred to as NFR and she was like, "no", as if it was news to her ... yet it's on the censored cover, on her pop-up merch, on this banner .... Silly sis.
  13. Where are all the Synesthesians? http://lanaboards.com/index.php?/topic/10976-nfr-songs-as-colours/
  14. That's "colours" with a "u" Here is the tracklist for you to copy/paste ... you can either write your colour beside each, or change the text to that colour. Bartender

Right? I can't say enough good things.
  16. I find it all really interesting, because I immediately thought of the Prince of Pasta when I saw the images in the glasses. There's the wedding, a couple on the beach at sunset (she and Pasta did such a shoot), and a couple holidaying on a boat or near the sea ... and they holidayed quite a lot in Italy. He is also the creative director of the company that made the video. I would dismiss the images in the glasses as generic but I don't think so. I'm not suggesting anything about her and Pasta; I really don't know what it all means. Maybe the rest of the video will shed some light. I totally thought this song was about G-Eazy because he definitely thinks his poetry is good and I can imagine him being a little bitch and blaming the news, acting like a child, etc. Also there are two slightly different images, one in each lens. I'm sure that means something, too.
  17. Sissss you gotta commit ... tell us 'bout the NFR video (when it's coming out, what the other song is) ... if you don't want to, then DM me and then I'll tell everyone and then you don't have to take responsibility. But if she told you then she mustn't mind people knowing.
  18. She's too attached to the dancers to get rid of them, plus she will only add a couple of songs to the tour playlist. Those will be NFR and Cinnamon because one has a long intro, one has a long outro, and both have a good amount of repetitive lyrics. I can't see her doing most of the other songs on this tour, but I'd like to be proven wrong. I'd also love it if she re-did her stage like the stage in that bar in the FIILY/TG video. Obviously the show stage is much bigger, but she could have neon signs and replicate the lighting 'n' shit.
  19. So it looks like Muscle Beach Baby and Chuck showed up but I don't think sis was there?
  20. Seriously, what the fuck is this discussion? There is no such thing as women being sexist against men (ie: "reverse" sexism - or the reverse form of any oppression). Women can be prejudiced, but they cannot be sexist, because they do not hold political, economic, and institutional power. Men do.
  21. No, it was in an interview from last week, so she has until April 2020. It was especially funny because the interviewer didn't ask her to or anything, he just asked her which of her songs would be best to ice skate to and then she said she'd make the video.
  22. Great post. In one of her interviews she was asked about working with Jack. I can't quite remember exactly how she worded it, but she said something about how cheery and positive he is, and that it was nice to not hear "that sucks". Then she said, "I have heard that a lot from other producers". That made me wonder if Jack is a "yes" person. It would certainly explain the lack of structure in these songs as well as the technical errors.
