I'd be interested in hearing Lana's newer lyrical style mixed with Mike's production style + Emilie's. I think that could turn out super cool. Wildflower is one of the best songs Lana's ever written in my opinion, so I'm looking forward to seeing how her and Mike go about more of that sort of thing, maybe incorporating some of his classic stuff into her classic stuff. And then of course the addition of Emilie would solidify this as a new dream team for me. My favorite thing he does for Lana is strings, so Mike production + Emilie production/strings + Lana's vocals and lyrics would be absolutely stunning.

He posted an Instagram story about going to a session with Mike Dean a few days ago. While they did both work with Kid Cudi (and Kanye in 2010), we know that Lana is actively working with Mike right now and has a history with Emile, so it's wishful yet somewhat reasonable thinking

And then someone asks Mike if he's working with Lana on her next album and he's like "I haven't seen Lana in months what are you guys talking about" But I'm not giving up hope for a Mike x Emile produced LDR9! Not yet at least

As strange (but it's true, dahling) as it sounds, I'm kind of excited to see what one-off comment Lana makes about an upcoming song or album kickstarts us into official pre-release. Chemtrails it was LMLYLAW and White Hot Forever, Blue Banisters it was Rock Candy Sweet...what's next?

Hole is one of my favorite bands ever and musically I think she's somewhat of a genius, but I can't fucking stand Courtney Love. She's said some genuinely awful things, and she's just generally somebody I've never enjoyed as a person

I think Lana mixes her songs the way she does on purpose on this album, maybe to give them a bit of a more "raw" feel since the lyrics are that way as well. But my ears are garbage so to me, it all sounds fine

It always reminds me of the second chorus in Noir when she sings "I'm glamorous" and the first verse of Baby Blue Love. It's also quite similar to some of the vocals Lana does on Cruel World.

It's still kind of surreal to me that I can go onto a streaming service and listen to Thunder, Cherry Blossom, Living Legend and Nectar (which I still keep calling Wild On You/Color Blue on accident) whenever I want

Why do some people in this thread think that it's impossible for a human being to change their mind? I think that after being off of social media entirely for a few days, Lana decided that she wanted to be on it without the aspects of her main account that she didn't like, so she went onto the Honeymoon account. It's really not that serious or deep.
