It's uncool that snippets flow around because that makes a full leak a pretty possible, but stop being so f*cking overdramatic and act as if those 6 second snippet itself would be harmful.

I think Summertime Sadness was actually "pop-Lana" in a way that it was a pop-ish track that still had the LDR-vibe to it. Dark Paradise and Radio have a similar "vibe". People here are so stuck with all the unreleased and especially all the pop-ish pre-BtD stuff that they kind of get delusional when it comes to "radio friendly Lana songs". I heard the snippet aswell (the 6second one) and I think it's pretty hard to judge how the full track will sound, but based on the snippet it has some kind of Paradise/Young & Beautiful vibe. Could be radio-friendly, could be pretty orchestral and not-interesting-for-radio-stations aswell.

There is no "Momentum" created by the snippets or anything. Y'all confuse a fan forum and strange blogs with what most people actually notice. Lana should release the track so it does not leak in full, that's it.

I don't want it to leak (even though I don't understand them holding it backh) but you can't compare pre-Dan-UV with YAIL. YAIL and the album it belongs to seem to be finished/almost finished, while the album Black Beauty was supposed to be on was still in the concept-phase when the track randomly leaked and Lana got discouraged from finishing this album (and srsly, as nice as those outtakes are, I'm glad we got UV like it is instead of an untouchable-five-album).

Instead of closing fan-sites and acting like the FBI, CIA and whoever is involved they should just release the track.

Yup, but I was a bit disappointed aswell. I guess it will have a big importance if she highlights the character Amandine that much, but it's kind of meh to get a video for (a great) two year old track when we are excited for her new material.

I'm really excited but I don't trust those statements. After all this time, it's obvious everyone will hype her stuff no matter what. I already thought PH (even though it's a good album) was overrated and now that all the critics have been waiting for so long it's bound to be an Adele-situation: everyone praises before they even listen. But yeah, I hope she delivers something great, 2016 was a boribg year considering album releases.
