The album was still in early concept-phase when Black Beauty leaked, it's obviously different with LDR5. The only thing I'm afraid of is her scrapping B A R, since it's such a great tune!

I just want an official release of the final B A R version. After we have that, I can wait

The song sounds super promising until the backtrack kicks in for the first time. After that, it's generic

It will get alot of buzz. It will get a lot of airplay. All the people with generic taste will say it's "such a cool different track" and she'll have success just cause her name is on it. Adele style. However, the production is forgetable, underwhelming and really just a basic pop track, not even a very innovativ one. I expected MUCH more from her.

It's cute but I can't really understand why it took her three years to come up with this. Neither very innovative nor exciting. Will blow up nonetheless, just for the sake of being a Lorde track.

I can't stand her vocals on it and while I'm usually more a fan of acoustic tracks than pop-ish just-for-fun songs but in Casanova's case I think it's the other way round.

Maybe Bill, K and Jim are just imaginary archetypes of men Lana keeps using again in order to have a person to form a fantasy around.

I really LOVE that track, I will be so mad if it gets scrapped or if the final version is not as great. Her vocals during the chorus are so heartbreaking and the bridge is perfect! Her vocals are great in general, the delivery even makes up for the weak lyrics of the verses

Lana herself thinks of Paradise as a seperate album and refers to the Love record as album n 5. Case closed

B A R really grew on me, however I'm afraid she'll scrap it or that the final version is not as good. The track is definitly better than Love.
