  4. Enjoying a show and enjoying to perform in general are two pairs of shoes. I agree with you, I think she is far more confortable with it now than in 2012. But still, if you read lots of her interwievs, she definitly didn't enjoy it a lot. Why do you think she is so limited in the things she says on stage or why she cancles so many performances on TV? Remember this thing when she was asked about the so called "tears" during Video Games? The answer didn't seem like she was happy, even though I would think so if I watch videos from this concert.
  5. I don't think she changed her mind, the road-dog stuff was just bullsh*t. Ever since she performed live, she made it obvious she's definitly not enjoying it. I know. I don't expect it, but i don't see why some people whine around about her saying she wants to change something. It's not as if she did the so called autobiographic style in almost everything we have so far, and that's a lot of stuff if you look at the unreleased songs. I will still love Lana if she decides that all that she wants to sing about is love, bad boys and americana references but I would welcome it if she tried something different, even if it wouldn't be as good as the ususal stuff.
  6. There is no need to be upset about this now, it's over anyway. but i can't really imagine she was sick all the time, especially with her "I don't care" attitude.
  7. Dark Paradise .. I like the song, but I guess the description given only fits me if you take it as very metaphoric ...

  9. Countless? Nah. West Coast and Ultraviolence - a few times, yes. Old Money, FMWUTTT, Money Power Glory, Cruel World and Shades Of Cool performances can be counted on one hand. And I didn't talk about radio-play but about radio performances. And well, I don't think it's about the label. At least not everything. She herself canceled many events where we could have gotten something interesting to hear/see.
  10. She didn't perform any UV song on the TV/radio, only gave a few radio interwievs, systematically cancelled appeareances, acted messy in interwievs for magazines, released lazy music videos and rarely performed the UV songs during her life tour (Pradise tour I know, but come on it's not as if it would be unusual to perform songs from a new record when you have one out). The only thing she did were some good photoshoots with Neil Krug, from which she didn't really used many as promo. As much as I love UV as a record and lana as a singer, she really ditched the album in an unfair way and i think this behaviour wasn't very fair towards her fans. She doesn't care for sales - ok with me. But promo isn't just about sales, you also do something for your fans. Every fan enjoys HQ life performances, music videos which have some effort put into them etc. I hope she won't do this again during this era and we will get a little bit more of action.

  12. I can say, I'm satisfied with the result, the description actually fits me. I guess most of the other songs on the record wouldn't actually fit me either way because they require to have a (long-lasting) relationship
  13. I don't get your problem with her saying she night write some non-"autobiographic" lyrics. Let's be real ... singing about love, the american way of life and bad boys is not getting more interesting. I am sure there still will be a lot of songs like this but I would be glad if she wrote songs that actually tell a story or a thought/feeling of her that's not linked to a love affair (or at least not from the "I will love you until the end of time no matter what happens" - perspective). I also like her idea of doing more cinematic songs (visually + lyrics-wise). A little bit of diversion never killed somebody.

  15. Feeling guilty and bad, but i couldn't resist temptation ...
  16. Oh, I like it. The first verse has Lungs-vibes and the chorus is wonderful, when the guitar kicks in and the trumpets play. I like that she returns to the "Nature" vibe of Lungs.
  17. If "Ship to Wreck" is real, I'm getting Swimming vibes! Is there a link for the single? Someone ripped it?

  20. I only listened to Blue (I hope it will stay like this for some time) and i have to say .. I am disappointed. I expected more from this song, expecially from the lyrics. But ok, it really proves her descriptions of the songs are good. It really has this synth-retro vibe.
  21. Can anyone pm me Blue? I don't want to be tempted to listen to any other song early, but I need blue in my life
