Her demos are so interesting to hear. Most of the long time fans that I know of (few, very few) were angry that the songs from WWSFTCS were old ones and not new material. That certainly surprised me since I was really interested on hearing songs that I only had ever heard live versions of, considering that most of the songs I have of Regina are live versions or demo/studio versions. I pride myself on how lovely and accurately I can chant along to the russian part in Après Moi ^_^ As far as a collab, I just think they are so different in terms of music styles. NGL, it would be fun to see either way!! <3 It always makes me laugh when people think of Lana as the artist that you either completely hate or love because I feel Regina is the epitome of that.

WHY DIDNT I KNOW THIS THREAD EXISTED??? :love: I LOVE Regina <3 She's one of my favorites since around '06. I used to be obsessed with tracking down all of her songs via youtube. I'm still so happy Regina and Lana used to go to shows together in NYC. Jack Dishel is a great guy & I remember being thrilled once the word got out that they married. Who would've known that one of Regina's (former?)music buddies would later replace join her in my music obsessions in 2011.

I was trying to avoid this topic because I always feel terrible for bashing her but here are a few things.... I might have let out the tiniest of laughs when someone linked me to this & this. Such terrible sites but that photoshoot isn’t doing her any justice. It genuinely saddens me when she overdoes her lip liner or wears flannel around her waist. Sometimes I like tacky Lana, but definitely not with this. I don’t own physical copies of any of her cds (although I did buy her BTD EP & some songs off of BTD Deluxe on iTunes, if that counts for anything). Buying songs twice just for a little booklet that has wrong song lyrics doesn’t seem worth it to me No plans on buying anything from H&M anytime soon. Mainly because that's not a store I would normally shop at & I just don't like the clothes H&M set up for her. In some pictures you can see Lana's real nails peeping behind her fake ones and I just find that so disgusting. Acrylics aren’t sanitary in the first place since they are porous (meaning even though she washes her hands there will still be germs lingering in her nails). I really wonder if she even has any natural nails left at all. You really aren’t supposed to have acrylic for as long as she has-- SHE NEEDS TO LET HER NAILS BREATH

I am so jealous! I adored those books when I was younger. We had this program in middle school called AR (accelerated reader) where we had to read books then get tested for reading comprehension for points. It was such a drag for me until I found those books & the Little House series by Laura Ingalls Wilder ARE U SERIOUS?!! everyone Ive ever met hates Sylvia bc they think she's so depressing (which she may be but I love her work) Now i feel like rereading it Since I'm in school now I'm stuck reading "Sam Houston and the American Southwest" for my History class :'( I reread Lolita & Kite Runner over the summer though

Lana blinks excessively during interviews! I think in the Q awards interview it is most apparent, can’t tell if she’s pulling off that flirty/ innocent look sometimes or if it’s her form of the eye-twitch people get when they are nervous She stresses many of her words and she tends to blink for a little too long.
