So what we're saying is vocal collabs are only ok if it's someone Lana is fucking or an old white dude songwriter with one foot in the grave, and production collabs are only ok if..It's someone Lana is fucking or someone who won't affect her style in anyway. Lots of room for creative progression there with those options! Personally, I'm of the opinion that Lana herself is a lot less pretentious than you guys, jeez.

This is exactly how I feel. Like "2012 tumblr flower crowns" has nothing on melanie's fanbase. The swearing thing too, like girl, we know you aren't 7 years old IRL, it isn't shocking, even as an aesthetic contrast.I do think CB was one of the most interesting mainstream releases of 2015, but I really do believe she can top it. 

I "get" why people think Salvatore = Italy, but it's actually serving vintage NYC Summer teas. I always thought it would do decently as a US single. 

The Lana we love also wanted to reenact the jonestown massacre but Interscope isn't here for it

Lana could kill their own mother and they'd still say: "Weill, maybe she had to do that and defend her art and there was also a TV performance planned if she didn't. SO she's going to feature on 3 songs on his next album and do no promo for her own  That's cool, as long as she's happy 

No promo is going to make this era. I keep saying it but doing a song for the Twin Peaks reboot would be EASY. Hasn't Lynch already said he likes her? She could sell a cute makeup line for SURE (Mac? Too Faced? Lancome is trying to lose the grandma image lately) She could cut the ribbon at a new Zara for all I care at this point, just get out there sis 

She does strike me as an anxious introvert. Tbh none of the "bitchy" stuff is anything that would be out of character for me personally, so I have to give her a pass, even if she might look a lil shady once in a while
