Imo, they don`t make sense if she`s talking to a child. Maybe K wanted to or really did commit suicide when he was on Death Row so he wouldn`t be killed there. That doesn`t really make sense though because people who commit/try to commit suicide don`t go to heaven. Or maybe he "found god" after attempting to commit suicide and that`s how Lana found god too?
