  1. I remember being so hyped for this song when we got the name and then it was released and... well
  2. Honeymoon tbh, it's so glamorous and nostalgic.
  3. Oh... Oh my Mine would have to be: Blue Jeans Carmen Yayo Guns and Roses In My Feelings Coachella - Woodstock In My Mind
  4. Top 10 (this is gonna be very difficult): Ride Gods and Monsters Brooklyn Baby West Coast Swan Song Once Upon A Dream Starry Eyed Born to Die Tomorrow Never Came Off to the Races She has so many amazing songs though, this list is constantly changing based on my mood. These are just the ones I come back to the most often.
  5. Does anyone know where I can listen to the original Summer Bummer that was uploaded to her YouTube and then deleted?
  6. So annoying that the only time I really want an UO exclusive cover, we probably aren't getting one
  7. With the exception of Terrence Loves You and God Knows I Tried, none of the songs on Honeymoon really strike a deep emotional cord with me like many of the songs on BTD/P/UV...
  8. Salvatore is in my bottom two/three on Honeymoon... I really don't understand the praise it gets.
  9. There's something magical about Ultraviolence that I can't quite put my finger on. It didn't top BTD for me whatsoever when it first came out, but now it's one of my favorite albums ever to listen to from start to finish, and I connect to the vibe it gives off very deeply. While I'm more likely to listen to the individual songs of BTD and Honeymoon more often, UV as a full album ranks higher than both. Idk how to describe it really...
  10. Tbh the entirety of Honeymoon played all the way through is a sex playlist
  11. I was literally thinking the same thing after listening to the album all the way through! I think the sadder songs (Terrence, GKIT etc.) are about Barrie, while the happier/dreamier songs are about her meeting and then eventually dating Francesco and thus the album is a story.
  12. Everyone that's saying that Honeymoon "makes up" for Ultraviolence... They're both amazing albums so bye!
  13. I'm gonna attempt to rank the songs.. Swan Song Religion Terrence Loves You Art Deco Music To Watch Boys To God Knows I Tried The Blackest Day Freak Honeymoon 24 Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood Salvatore High By The Beach Didn't rank Burnt Norton since it's an interlude, but it's beautiful! I wasn't even anticipating Swan Song before the album came out, but it came out of nowhere and COMPLETELY scalped me.
  14. Digital download and the slayful red vinyl with the regular cover
  15. Nnnnnn goodbye @ the Ride song/video hate in the HONEYMOON thread, I still tear up when I watch that video
  16. I actually prefer The Other Woman to DLMBM But then again, I was never one of the many TOW haters...
  17. I still haven't figured out what the mood of this album is yet. Ultraviolence's mood is VERY distinct and it's perfect for when I'm having dark feelings, but I haven't yet figured out what emotions Honeymoon evokes in me. I'm sorry if this sounds pretentious, that wasn't my intention
  18. Not people complaining that it's "too early" to make this thread when we've all heard Honeymoon in full and had time to digest it The UV post-release thread was made after it leaked also.. All that matters is that we've heard the music, so pipe down.
  19. Faves: God Knows I Tried (don't throw stones at me or anything, this song is SO emotional for me), Art Deco, Religion, Swan Song, Terrence Loves You Least Faves: HBTB (didn't like it when it first came out and still don't), Salvatore, Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood I wasn't even excited for Swan Song but it came out of nowhere and scalped me These are all bound to change with more listens though...
  20. Right now it's HM=UV>>BTD>>P for me.. I LOVE Honeymoon's production. Production-wise, it's my favorite Lana album next to Born to Die.. It's just so pleasing to listen to. However, Ultraviolence is so cohesive and I identify with the mood of that album so much, it feels like it tells a complete story from beginning to end and I love it. Honeymoon seems slightly less cohesive concept-wise, which isn't a problem, this was just one of the reasons I adore UV so much. So for these reasons, I don't think I can rank HM above UV or vise versa. HM for its production, UV for its dark vibe and the way I personally connect with it.
