June 1st when the lead Rock Candy ? Sweet drops the only person who ever called it an album is the woman who made the font, and she deleted the post real quick. Maybe they made her take it down because it was the single not the album

The cover looks kind of iconic when posted to polyrecord’s story. Like maybe her love is violent and pushed her down the blue Banisters and that’s why she looks bruised. and the quotation marks are iconic becuase we already know who she is, she doesn’t even need to put it on her album this time I can’t wait to buy 2 vinyls and the alt cover from target

Ya know it’s possible RCS is the first single and BB is the second single, and album. she only called it a ‘record’ and that can mean either in Lana’s world. Then Blue Banister being the second single and the actual album (she didn’t say album on RCS announcement). Polyrecords also just posted the album is coming July 4thh

So serious question When do we really think it’ll be out? when it was RCS I was hoping mid June/Early July, but now that she’s given a July date I feel like it’ll be closer to August/September

UV, she said it was gonna be out (I think) may 1st and it came out in June! But again, I’m not getting any kind of excited until after a preorder arrives this would excite me but Tap music* liked the original RCS post soooo

I don’t get why she is still using the makeup for hiking picture when she just posted that beautiful picture April 10th with the first announcement of Blue Banisters also the fact that basically within a month she has announced 3 projects (granted two of them are Blue Banister) is quite amusing. I hope Rock Candy Sweet is still an album track because I love that title. also my boyfriend said he isn’t surprised she changed her mind, and he doesn’t see the album coming out until August

this has been pretty consistent with her since Norman. Every month was gonna be the month Norman finally came out, up until July and she said “album out in a couple months” and then Violet was going to be out around the same time as Norman, then Jan 4th, then it was delayed a month, and didn’t come out until July/September then COTCC was gonna be out September 5th, then December/January, and finally came out in March like... she says June 1st and I laugh, she says July 4th and I cringe. I believed it would come out on a random Tuesday waaaay more than I believe it’ll come out on a Sunday sis probably hasn’t even submitted the album yet to be pressed

same! Once there’s a preorder (or maybe even a first single) I’ll be excited she also didn’t post the announcement to Facebook so that also makes me a little worried

You all don’t believe the July 4th date right I’m slightly frustrated and confused at all of this. She said before she had two names picked out so I guess it’s not super unlikely she changed it.. but why would she pay for RCS’s font just to change the album title? i really like the picture she posted the 10th with Blue Banisters’ announcement. I have many thoughts and I’m very overwhelmed. Not to be dramatic but this killed almost all my hype (minus Mike reposting it, that’s super exciting). I think I’m just gonna check out and not care until we get an actual preorder. My only hope is the album does come out in the summer, it feels very much like a summer album

She ‘performed’ with Nikki in October and earlier this month.. She also did the late night show and jack’s livestream but concert wise it has been a long time, but that’s more Covid than anything..I’m sure she’s happy she doesn’t have to perform though

I’m still so sad this never saw the light of day if I’m being incredibly honest I’d rather have this first before RCS this should be the album released the 1st as a digital album

Imagine if Lana gave even one fuck in promoting her albums like a week after they drop she could easily build hype for so many songs, and instead she kills the album the next day, it should be a crime. do a livestream, release the TJF homemade video, make a video for BUS while hanging with Nikki in Texas for a week like..so many things she could do and instead she lies about another album coming

the same flop that outsold the top 10 combined and broke records, that flop?? if anything, COTCC is going to let her label know that no matter how many variants of vinyls they produce, her fans (and the gp) will eat it up. NFR and COTCC are both painted as ‘flop’ eras and it makes no sense because she keeps selling more and more and more. Sure she’s dropped out of the billboard 200 already, but sales are more powerful than streams and she sure as hell got sales that’s why I was so surprised when she announced RCS so soon, I know her label isn’t going to just let her release a random record. There’s gonna be mad promo planned

a tease is only a tease if it’s followed by something. She teased RCS over a month ago and Blue Banisters almost 3 weeks ago there’s a difference between teasing and whatever she’s doing also, Honeymoon was probably her most perfect era. She talked about Music To Watch Boys To, gave us the title track lyrics, and all within a month and a half we got HBTB, title track, Terrence Loves You, Salvatore, and the Urban Outfitter’s listening party. We’re less than a month and a half away from the release date () and we have one (allegedly) song title

It should have been very telling how far away we were from hearing Blue Banisters when she only posted it to Instagram it didn’t post to YouTube, Facebook, or Twitter If there was any kind of ‘hype building’ thought behind it, she surely would want to make sure as many people as possible saw it. instead we get a random post and then 17 days and counting of silence I can’t believe I was on team Delulu so hard I actually thought we’d get the album in June

We did just get an album a month and a half ago I wish she would have just not announced the album the day after Chemtrails came out because we’re all on the edge of our seat when we should be content. She should have announced Blue Banisters in June or July (since that’s probably when we’ll get the single) and gone from there

people are allowed to not like the album as much as others, I could say the same about LFL because it’s my fave and everyone hates it my problem is 1: the wait soured the whole era for me. Having snippets of almost every song for over a year was overkill (which I get is my own fault for listening to them) 2: I felt like the songs didn’t live up to their potential. MAC/VB/DT I loved the second I heard the snippet and the full songs made me love them more. Love Song, Cinnamon Girl, and Happiness (and even a little bit of title track) just didn’t go in a way I thought it would, and the full songs disappointed me (The party dress I’m a mess line in LS still irks me to this day. The melody is cute but the lyrics feel so overdone. And the fact that we basically had all of CG in 18 and the last minute is such a tease because the ending instrumentals outdo the song itself) I like the album more as joint songs (MAC/VB, CG/HTD, FIILY/TG, HIAB/Bartender) but as a whole it’s my least favorite collection of songs. The flow is super weird (LS following DT is a super weird choice as well as TNBAR in between California and TG) edit: not to mention the demo of BAR fits more thematically than the version she put out (‘you did it all for fame, tell me how life treats you now’ fits the theme of self inflated ego artist more than ‘I’m taking off my bathing suit’) edit again: like personally, HIAB hurt me SO BAD. I loved each and every snippet she posted and have never been so hyped for a Lana song, and then the full song came out and it is the most discombobulated song she’s ever released. It sounds like 3 very different songs shoved together in one. It doesn’t flow and they don’t fit with eachother Again; this is all my own personal opinion and we can all like and not like songs
