  1. What she's done with the album title would absolutely qualify as a form of protected free speech. It's not libelous or slanderous, it's a transformative work and to some degree, a parody, all of which are considered acceptable use cases. The problem would come if she used some of his art in a non-transformative way without licensing it (for the album cover, for instance). If she did, the estate would be within their legal right to sue. I doubt that would happen, though.
  2. We don't really know anything else. She mentioned it a grand total of once, while on the red carpet at the Grammys. It was discussed for about thirty seconds and she didn't share any other details beyond the ones already in this thread.
  3. It is an EP. She said during the livestream that she thought albums were getting too long and she preferred shorter projects of "six or seven tracks".
  4. Power Lines {had a date on the file name from August 2018} Very Beige {date from February 2018} Childish {undated} Red Lamb {date from October 2018} Devil in Paradise {undated} Portrait of a Female {undated} Fabergé {undated} There were probably ten others on screen at one point, but I wasn't fast enough with my screenshot to get any of them.
  5. Found someone who recorded the Childish snippet.
  6. Did anyone get good screenshots or recordings from her Instagram live? She played a snippet of Childish and had her iTunes open with a bunch of new titles visible, but I didn't manage to catch very many.
  7. She only performed Venice Bitch and How to Disappear. You can watch the performances here: https://www.apple.com/apple-events/october-2018/ She comes on-stage at around the 1:22:00 mark.
  8. Not even potentially. APRA is the only place that lists her as a performer on that song and they do some weird sorting things with performers, where samples get you listed under the original song. Foo Fighters have covered Cactus before, so they're also listed as performers. The two things are completely unrelated.
  9. Enough of this fucking mentality. It isn't confirmed that any of these artists will be featured on NFR. Stop jumping to conclusions.
  10. I’m like 80% sure that he was joking when he said he’d heard it. A lot of his posts are very flippant and sarcastic.
  11. You're using the old standards. Digital platforms changed the standards for how releases are classified. Anything between 1 to 3 tracks in length is a single (with or without b-sides), anything 4 to 8 tracks in length is an EP and anything with 9 or more tracks in length is an LP. The standard edition of Paradise is 8 tracks. Therefore, it is an EP.
  12. They were. She mentioned Bartender for the first time on the Grammys red carpet in late January 2018. Sylvia is still completely unconfirmed to exist, though. Nobody has an actual recording of her mentioning it, like she's purported to have done.
  13. For some people, that is the case, but Lana has mentioned previously that she is involved in the mixing and mastering processes for her own music. Back during one of the LFL interviews, she was discussing the recording of Change and said that it was made last minute while she and Rick were touching up the final mixes for the album.
  14. I don't know why we're so slavishly sticking to the whole "11 songs" thing. A few months before LFL, she was saying it was 18 tracks and we ended up with 16. When she first referenced the "collection of songs" for NFR, she said that she currently had that many songs she wanted on the album. The tracklist may yet be in flux. I could easily see her bumping it up to 12 or 13 tracks.
  15. In fairness, she never really seemed to like Franco that much. It seemed like he was obsessed with her and she was just humoring him initially, but when he was going to release that weird book of "imagined conversations", she blocked the release and they haven't been seen together in public since. That was long before the accusations about him came out and she hasn't mentioned him post-allegations. Rocky doesn't have any sexual misconduct accusers. One woman accused him of slapping her during a concert five years ago, a suit which was settled three years ago. Compare that to what Azealia has done: physically assaulting a woman and biting her on the breast, slicing her own sister in the neck with a box-cutter, threatening to stab someone with a broken bottle, etc. Slapping one woman five years ago is not on the same level as any of what Azealia or the other two men you've mentioned are accused of doing. I agree that she shouldn't be giving Jared Leto the time of day, but I think she's admired him for a while, given that she name-dropped him in Last Girl on Earth. That is one hypocrisy I'm not going to deny, though. While I recognize that the planning for the MET Gala look started before the allegations came out, Leto should've been replaced before the event itself.
  16. For as much as she says she likes daddies in her music, her last three boyfriends were respectively four years younger, two years older and three years younger than her. It's probably safe to say she'll be picking from a pool of around six years in either direction from her age.
  17. I did a little research on professional sports staffers who'll be in Boston over the next week or so, who are also unmarried and probably around her age. The main options I've found are: Radley Haddad (Bullpen catcher for the New York Yankees, who have a game against the Red Sox in Boston over the weekend) Mani Martinez (Bullpen catcher for the Boston Red Sox) Cameron Achord (Assistant special teams coach for the New England Patriots, who play just outside of Boston over the weekend)
  18. Songwriting is her career. She has a publishing deal with a label, so that her writings for other people generate royalties. The band stuff is published independently through her and Willy’s Disgrace Songs.
  19. Comments like these are why people develop eating disorders. You should be ashamed of yourself for prepetuating this myth that people who have average bodies are fat.
  20. She said she felt it stands alone, not that it would necessarily be a standalone single that wasn’t on the album. Her phrasing on it was very ambiguous.
  21. We’re not actually that close. It’s still four months minimum ‘til the album is out and it might be even longer than that.
  22. Usually covers with explicit material (i.e. nudity, violence, profanity) have stickers on the jewel case that cover up the "offensive" parts. It's possible she could make the cover textless, too.
  23. Only if Interscope stops submitting her in the pop categories, which they probably won't.
  24. She has a really good relationship with Interscope. It would take a lot for her to get dropped.
  25. We don't have any tangible evidence that it exists. It was claimed that she mentioned the song at or after her show in San Diego, but there's no recording to support that.
