I love how self aware Lana is this era. She saw people trashing the LMLYLAW and Chemtrails cover: she give us 3 badly edited selfies as single covers She see us complaining that she posts random things on her insta instead of album promo: she promotes Nikkis tour (that she's not even headlining) and then a random pic of a friend back to back

I also think the best idea would be to have a pinned message or something as a timeline in the first page with all the news and info we have so far. Even when we are on topic, only with album speculation and wishful thinking (manifestations) we fill like 2-4 pages a day even if nothing happened so I don't think casual people would read all that to see if there are any news. That way everyone would be happy: - People who just want news could check the first page - People who want to have fun and pass the time could still speculate, post memes and whatever (obviously regarding BB). I agree that other albums discussion/slandering shouldn't be here. Nikki and her other friends jokes are lowkey on topic tho cause they are mentioned in the title track so they are part of the BB universe/lore now

Sorry to go a bit off topic but regarding the unreleased songs being removed from youtube I think it's a combination of: - Release plans (like what may be happening with Thunder) - Publishing and copyright stuff. If the songs are registered even if not released they are still property of Lana's label and herself. Also there are a lot of other people involved like producers, other songwriters and the whole mixing/sound crew. - Lana's decision. Even if they are demos/unregistered songs that don't fall under copyright claims, I'm sure Lana still has the legal means to prevent the songs to be spread around the internet. There has to be a lot more reasoning behind that cause there are some songs that never get taken down and even the whole Honeymouns youtube channel that has a lot of unreleased songs uploaded without having to alter the pitch or speed. Also this is all speculation cause I'm a bit clueless about law and copyright and all those things so feel free to correct me.

I know but she could have just posted the snippet without saying anything at all like the thousand snippets we got during the NFR pre release. The fact that she acknowledged it as the next single while saying that it's coming is promising.

The single has to be coming. It makes no sense to announce it saying "soonish" and then have a 3 month break. Boz said that the announcement wasn't planned but I'm almost sure it was the cover what wasn't supposed to be revealed yet (hence the TBD caption) but the single teasing was according to plan. I guess the album cover was just a little treat to make up for the infamous July 4th date. (Cause she usually reveals the cover along with the tracklist and preorder/release date).

I don't think they are worried about Billie overshadowing her cause Lana's singles fly under the radar anyway... of course they won't release the albums close but they won't wait a month either just to announce a single and a preorder. Also Billie is not in her prime anymore. It's not like her album will stop the music industry and Interscope promotion for a whole month.

Everything using Map Of LA/Sierra Madre as the title is clearly fake but I love LB's influence. It's the same as that snippet called Good God being uploaded just after we talked about it

It was the caption of the post she deleted and someone said that she was wearing the same outfit from the snippet video so I'm just guessing I'd love it as the title and in my head it fits the sensual undertones of the snippet

So is Map Of LA/Sierra Madre the official LB name for that song? Coming up with our own names after snippets brings me bittersweet memories from the NFR era . I think it's going to be called Good God but if it was considered as the album title at some point I'm not sure. Maybe it's Good God as a relief sigh (or a moan ) like what she used to say when singing White Mustang live cause she's finally free to tell her story or whatever went through her head after qftc.

Praying you are right cause knowing already half of the tracklist I can't take another short album I still think we are getting something (at least news) a couple of days after the Bleachers album. Or maybe she'll announce it randomly this week and then say "pd: tune in this Friday for Jack's album" or something like that cause she loves to promote other's work more than her own

I think it's the opposite actually cause she signed to a "sub-label" from Republic called Amigo Records that's owned by Luke

I think this year the deadline is September 30th instead of August but I think the album is coming later than that anyway... Also I don't know if they could release it in September but submit it to next year's (so only Chemtrails is eligible for the 2022 Grammy's)

If it's a girl it's going to be Clementine. If it's a boy I have no idea but I can see her naming him after her dad or brother.

Lana announced the Chemtrails preorder a few days after that Jack charity livestream so maybe she'll do the same this time. She will post (again) the Bleachers album cover on the 30th and a couple of days after she will post her stuff. You heard it here first
