I've been thinking about the BB album cover announcement and I still find it weird that she wrote TBD instead of TBA. Maybe the title and cover are not final (at least she could just change the title and the photo won't be altered). Imagine if the "later later" was because she didn't even finish it and has no idea about the release date and the single is another promo/random single like the 3 May ones... But I've always been a delulu and that won't change now so I'll take Ben's words as a confirmation that it's coming before the year ends

Yes. I can see the single coming in August with the preorder and the album in late September-October or even November. Lana used to announce preorders close to the album but the Chemtrails one was 2 months in advance so anything could happen now. The only thing that's weird is the only proper single being a ballad with a homemade video . We always get a big MV before the album.

It's weird that she teased a single without releasing it after getting 3 singles with no announcement. They must be planning the rollout of the album or something. Maybe they are waiting a bit to be able to release it with the preorder so the dates are not too far apart. Is this our first era with no big MV? It's hard to guess cause NFR started with the videos being just parts of the triple MV looped but then we got 3 nice videos by Rich Lee. Also Chemtrails looked very lowkey but we got her biggest MV since Tropico

Her delivery of the line "and now my blue banisters are green and gray" is so so good. Even though it's supposed to be the positive outcome you also get a sense of sadness and uneasiness. Also the bridge that comes after always gets me

The final version of Dark Paradise must have been recorded before his death cause he died in 2012 (according to the RIP tweet) just some weeks before BTD's release so I don't know... Also, all the versions have the same chorus with the references to someone not being on the other side so I think she wanted to expand on the chorus topic and that's why she rewrote the verses to match the chorus better. Maybe that one is about K (or just about the idea of her lover dying). But yeah I agree on Heroin being about him too cause the dates match and even the songs' names share the drug topic (Yayo and Heroin)

I think Billboards just messed up and meant "over the past years" instead cause they also say that he worked on 3 Taylor Swift albums and folklore and evermore were from 2020.

I don't think that article implies they are working on various projects now. They are talking about NFR, Violet and Chemtrails.

This was so interesting to me cause I think I had never seen someone say that about their upcoming album. Artist are usually like "this is my best and most personal album" with all of their releases so I appreciate the transparency. But I honestly don't know how she could have made the album better cause I thinks it's great and very on point at what it was supposed to be (a lowkey short mood album with some highlights). I mean we could tell from the start it wasn't going to be a huge era or anything. Also I know some people disagree but her scrapping half of the album is a good sign of determination this time. BB is going to be yet another highlight in her career.

I can see the tracklist going like this: 1. Blue Banisters 2. Map of LA/Good God/Whatever her name is 3. Slow song with a beat (Like something from HM) 4. Text Book 5. THE bop 6. Mid tempo rockish song 7. A soft rock ballad 8. Thunder 9. Something folky (not that I really want it but I expect it) 10. A dark/eerie sounding song (something like Yosemite or Heroin) 11. Cherry Blossom 12. Piano ballad 13. Wildflower Wildfire (even if she says in the song that she's not gonna burn, her rage grows into the next and last track of this album, her magnum opus: 14. DEALER (the screamer serve we've all been waiting for) Maybe I'll try to come up with names for those other tracks eventually. For now I'll stick to manifesting this
