A lot of her music lately is inspired by her poems and ideas she’s had surrounding them. It’s def not a song I would play on repeat everyday because of how deep it is, but I really think we as Lana stans need to stop expecting her to fit this mold. Not everything needs to be streamed 100 times a day to prove the music is good

Low key the interlude sounded like them experimenting with different melodies, I’m sure they’ve done more work together. He really added to the atmosphere of this album, and his other work is amazing as well!

Soooo we don’t know much about any visuals coming, but she’s working with a couple of directors/producers. I’m not worried about anything being scrapped this era, it’s shaping out to be her best in a while

I think there’s a reason why Lana said specifically before this album that some music isn’t meant to be romanticized. These are some of her most gorgeous and haunting songs, but this is definitely the most vulnerable she’s ever been. It’s art, it’s thought provoking, it’s heartbreaking, but it’s hopeful. Maybe that’s why she let us know that she is happy at the billboards awards <3

Here’s my hot take. Lana finally said straight out point blank that her music isn’t meant to be romanticized, it’s just what’s happened and it’s the music she’s made has helped her cope. She said not every story is meant to be beautiful or easy to listen to. This albums is gorgeous, but a very uneasy listen when you listen to some of the lyrics. There’s a darkness portrayed in this album, and I def feel this concept can be done very tastefully.

Exactly, and the last few tracks were definitely going in a different direction than the rest of the album. Call me delulu but I feel like there’s still something to look forward to

I mean it’s obviously a video test for something to come (hopefully not a blue banisters video situation) but nah it def seemed like something more. I notice there’s been a cinematographer tagged in a lot of posts with her team that date back so I feel there’s something up her sleeve.
