It depends, some of the more popular unreleased song uploads were claimed by her label and in this case she does get monetized. This is an example of an upload that was claimed by her label, you can see it when looking into the video description.

Still obsessed with this album I didn't go back to her other albums yet since this was released, though I did add some of the recent unreleased (Pink Champagne, Lake Placid) to the mix.

That was a channel impersonating her named "Lana Del Rey - Topic", it got taken down. Her label will care, the person that uploaded it is stealing royalties.
