melanie needs a helpful vocal coach asap, especially on proper breathing techniques. you can’t sing well while dancing on stage and wearing a prosthetic costume without training. i’ve been watching melanie live for a long time and she’s always excessively out of breath while doing minimal movement, it’s not healthy at all. i really wonder why some singers seem to not notice their issues and get it fixed with vocal training. i mean these aren’t even minor issues, it’s a big deal that she’s constantly straining and lacking basic support. like i’m sorry but that play date performance was atrocious…
