ESV was a mess... 0 replay value for me and TOO generic for Mileys standards... I was so excited since the outtakes were so good (Taste of My Own, Hands of Time, Mirror, Jaded demo, Golden Sun, Inst It Obvious etc..) but she gave us plain boring ass Flowers, and that should have flopped but it didnt cause soccer moms all around the world were living for it (which is not a good thing...). Im worried for her career from now on since seems shes going the generic route (she has found success there and might try to replicate it). Im not gonna lie, my expectations for her after ESV are so low right now, i hope she proves me wrong. Not even Younger Now felt so unauthentic to her. She seems so disconected from her craft.... no live performances, little promotion and all radio play. For being that young shes already living out of her legacy instead of making new one. I doubt any of us will remember Flowers fondly in some years, but The Climb, Party in the USA, Wrecking Ball, Mothers Daughter, Slide Away and Midnight Sky will forever be bangerzzz. She gave us everything during Plastic Hearts era (the mullet, looks for days, voice, presence, performances, some of her best covers and aesthetic) and we all failed. Now shes traped in a label that will make her deliver unsispired pop for 40-50 year olds like Pink and Gwen Stephani. Im so sorry Miley, the best voice of our generation wasted. Also, im not liking the opzempic on her, shes clearly lost a lot of weight this last year and it doesnt look good on her... she looks much older than what she actually is. She used to have a banging body and the cheeks full... also the styling and the hair is not suiting her...

She was! I've never been a HUGE fan of hers but I somehow followed her carrer throughout the years (Its impossible not to since shes probably the most popular artist of the 2010s) but there was always something about her that through me off (and still is). Her interviews and personal views i find a little questionable but her talent its undeniable... Its one of those cases where i have to separate artist from art. I ignored Yours Truly completely, LOVED My Everything for the singles and Be My Baby + Break Your Heart Right Back... Dangerous Woman was everything too, I thought it was a little try hard in the moment but now looking back its just plain ICONIC. She was unstoppable back then and (unpopular opinion here) I think she showcased her vocals best in this era (that acapella video od her singing DW its iconic). And of course it gave us her best song which is Into You... her performing that bridge in the MET gala made me fall in love with her again. Sweetner i liked the singles but the album is a mess. Thank U Next started what I think its her brand now, I actually love trapriana... Positions the single was good but the album was straight up BAD. Only think i cherish from that era was the Save Your Tears remix and that live performance... Her collaborations with Abel are always good (Love Me Harder still hits). That said, i fell out of love of her during this period... and her public persona didnt help either. Sometimes feels like she thinks she avobe all the drama and gaslights the public by addressing things people dont care about (cause shes no innocent but somehow people always forgive her). For example with the homewrecker allegations she did not confront that but instead tried to make it about how people were critisazing her physical appearence. Girl no... Same with the blackfishing allegations, she made it all about Pete and Mac Miller and how much she has been through. Sorry, shes no martyr. That said, Eternal Sunshine felt a lot more mature and seems liek shes finally taking some acountability. Also sonically is perfect for her, she has some personality shining through and im obsessed. Excited for the deluxe... Im a little worried for her, since Wicked seems like she changed her whole persona and doesnt seem healthy. I dont think people being concerned for her health its something bad, even if she thinks theyre critisizing her body. idk... i think shes clearly unwell and needs some help, and if u dont see that ur just ignoring some clear issues. She looked so good during Positions its hard to believe this is not a drastic change. Shes soooo pale and skinny idk... I hope she gets better... She tries to make it look like its her quiting botox and fillers but that has nothing to do with it and yall know that. I would like for someone close to her to take some part in the matter. That Wicked press tour was just bizarre, her and Cintia have a really strange vibe going on (and not in a quirky/funny way). They look unsatable... I hope once she finishes the Wicked thing she comes back to normal.
