I totally get wanting to do an old Hollywood tribute and the idea is cool. I think the MM one is cute but the thing about Elizabeth Short was that she was just starting in Hollywood. I guess you could say that she’s a part of that history, but it’s unnecessary to have her name as Black Dahlia and also the state her body was in. The detectives gave her the name Black Dahlia as a way to identify her body. It was a brutal and really sad homicide. She could’ve done it more tastefully like including her actual name and not including the laceration marks. I get Lana’s fascination with Elizabeth Short, but she was never disrespectful about her in Candy Necklace so I don’t blame her for it. She probably thought it was interesting but having a tattoo of her in that state is completely different. There’s just no way of rationalizing that imo

I was recently thinking about this. Maybe she’s just casually dating around. Or maybe her and Evan aren’t as serious as people thought they were and are just taking things slow. She’s on tour so i could i see how maybe she wants to keep things low key with all the attention and travel she’s been doing. but who knows

literally. i WISH i could barricade but i kinda have a disability that affects my mobility so i will prob never be able to barricade unless i wear a bunch of braces idk how people do it all the time but props to y’all who do also people that do barricade- please take care of your body & stay hydrated. i wear a hydration backpack whenever i go to festivals. highly recommend if you get dehydrated easily or just don’t wanna leave to get water all the time
