Tbh that's kind of always been her style. Even if some of her lyrics are taken out of context from The Family Jewels or Electra Heart, they sound really weird. But about that new snippet, it sound so K-pop to me. Like girlgroup K-pop song. It feels new as well, like it doesn't remind me of TFJ or EH. But I like her vocals, they get stronger with every album.

TikTok is saving the music industry and some artists' careers. I hate TikTok but I think that it's a great platform for young artists to start, like for example look how far Addison Rae has gotten, I mean her "breakthrough" or like hype started only recently but still TikTok helped her to become famous. And I think that some TikTok users making edits with old and/or lesser known songs help to have a resurgence in some artists' careers when thr songs become viral. I wouldn't say that TikTok helped Lana's career, definitely not, but I think ever since her songs became viral in 2022, she has been recognized a lot with the big (pop/mainstream) names of the industry, not categorized with alternative artists. Yeah, her fandom became more immature and toxic but that's with like every fandom right now lol.
