Exactly, there was a fanmade heavy metal version of Heroin in YT and all the comments there were like "omfg Ultraviolence vibes" and I'm like bitch where? Ultraviolence was never rock rock, like hard rock or something like that. It's like alternative rock, indie rock, blues rock, jazz rock, psychedelic rock, desert rock, dream rock and perhaps baroque rock. It has electric guitars which is a common element in rock music but it sounds much more unique than in regular rock songs. Same with drums, the drums are more slow and hazier dreamier on UV. Also there are other elements which aren't that common in ordinary rock songs like strings, orchestra and also there are a lot of acoustic instrumentals too like acoustic guitar or piano. But I once saw a random band calling Ultraviolence as their insipiration and calling it a pop album...for me it's a definitely an insult to the album, it's definitely not a pop album. But I wouldn't really call it a traditional rock album too. More like rock subgenres and of course alternative. I don't think that NFR album is rock too but it represents the rock subgenres: alternative rock, indie rock, soft rock, folk rock, psychedelic rock and maybe classic rock too.

It was a cute moment song. Kinda boring not gonna lie. But definitely not a bad song. Also a cute friendship moment for both. Holly's vocals kinda reminded me of Lana's old vocals, also the vocals in Wildflower, her vocals also reminded me of Stevie Nicks. The song kinda reminded me of Beautiful People Beautiful Problems and Snow On The Beach, but like less powerful but more quieter and cozier.

Honestly I'm thinking that the reason why I disliked Ancient album was that she basically went back to her "old sound" when she could have done a totally new sound...

It sux that she still has to explain this shit, even after 12 years her breakthrough.

While I have loved some of the songs Zach Dawes has produced like Candy Necklace and The Last Shadow Puppets collab songs but overall I think that his production is rather boring and kinda falls flat (but not bad, as I said, I have loved some of the songs he has produced)...I think that even Jack or Drew Ericson have produced better songs which are like...less boring.

I just saw this on the TV and I must admit that Arabella is probably my favorite Arctic Monkeys song or at least from the album AM. The vibe of it is so hot, gives me kinda the same feeling as West Coast, you know the hot summer beach nights with cigarettes, sunsets and crowded bars 🚬🌅 The live version of this song is amazing too, that was the one I saw on TV!
