I'm really not saying this to be confrontational or aggressive or anything really, I like you and I think you're cool! But realistically, Lana nor Ben are his boss, they're not the CEO or HR of Black Box security, when you hire a third party service you're not that involved in background checks, the most they can do is request a new security guard and forward all of this info. I know cause my dad does a similar thing for his company, like he's polite and friendly to the security guards, but he's not all in their business y'know? I hope this girl gets in contact with Black Box security because they're the ones who can do something like firing him. I don't mean to blindly defend, I'm thinking about this logically, and like I said you can't fire someone from a company you're not in charge of. You can only say hey I don't want to work with this person anymore for these reasons please look into it and send me another bodyguard. I hope this guy gets fired cause he's awful, but that's Black Box's responsibility

See, that's tricky as hell then. Porbably a lot of paperwork to go through, and it's the responsibility of THAT company to vet and fire him. The most Tap management can probably do is forward the claims and ask for another bodyguard. The girl should be in contact with his actual boss then. You can't fire someone from a company you don't own or manage.
