  1. I'm so glad she finally sang this! Minute is the perfect song for this type of set-up. Wasn't expecting it to be the next one though like I thought she'd pick something like King of Hearts so I was pleasantly surprised this was the follow up. Maybe she likes the song so much more than I thought.
  2. So good! Kim's vocals are so underrated. She really can hang in there vocally. I hope Minute is a part of this like I desperately need it.
  3. I think Kim was more inspired by Ayesha than Slayyyter when making Slut Pop since Slayyyter distanced herself from that type of music during Troubled Paradise. Meanwhile, Ayesha's main brand has always been about being a slutty coke whore. I grew to like some songs in Slut Pop but listening to it vs Ayesha's music, there was almost no comparison. Ayesha had the grit and the punch to make them work, whereas while Kim was able to stick the landing with some songs (eg: Throat Goat, Treat Me Like A Slut), she sounded like such a try hard with some of the others (Superpower Bitch, They Wanna Fuck, Your Wish Is My Command). Interestingly, Kim was able to execute slutty concepts effectively without crossing Ayesha or Slayyyter's territory with some of her previous songs (Do Me, Death By Sex). I think she lost some of her magic Slut Pop onwards.
  4. Speaking of Twitter Swifties, I always laugh whenever they call her rereleases as "ethically sourced" lol. There is nothing ethical about the way this woman runs her empire.
  5. "Minute" is a must-play like I hope it doesn't get the "Another One" treatment of never being sang live. I also hope she sings one unreleased track at least at some point, ideally "Dark Part Of Your Heart" or "Alien".
  6. I know Cathy checks this thread here and there so girl if you're reading this, are you gonna release signed physical album copies? I'm holding off pre-ordering a physical just in case you end up releasing signed copies.
  7. As an artist, Addison can do one thing Selena couldn't - dance. I think her dancing abilities put her above Selena in terms of what she can achieve as a performer. Both of them have pretty average yet pretty sounding voices so Addison's dancing abilities put her in a better position imo.
  8. Her EP is so good! Pop perfection!
  9. I love the video! She knew she had no budget and she knew she got a great bod so she made the most of what she got!
  10. I truly do not give af if she hates fans and stans in general. I much prefer this approach vs Taylor's pseudosocial bullshit with her cult.
  11. What are the chances she's gonna cancel the tour midway because of the ticket sales? I heard that it's not going so well in a lot of areas... The venues are just far too big for her! Her team is either insanely dumb or they're truly setting her up for failure.
  12. Yeah she's fully coming back. She even teased her newest song in her live steam (at the very end) which sounds really good! I'm also pretty sure Ayesha was high during the entire live stream. Queen shit if you ask me.
  13. I've been so accustomed with the final photo that I keep forgetting that she actually isn't a giant who's sitting on the ledge of a building lmao
  14. It's official, she's coming back!!!

I like "I Wanna Be Adored"! At first I thought it's just a different working title for her underrated bandcamp exclusive masterpiece Adored so I'm pleasantly surprised she has another song with a similar theme. Hopefully the full HQ version leaks eventually.
  16. She's serving. I'm really pumped for this album!

    Grimes

I actually like her most recent releases like I think Miss Anthropocene is a pretty good album! I also really like Shinigami Eyes. Sure it's a different direction from her previous works but I think they still have the Grimes' touch but in a more palatable way.
  18. I'm confused with the posts saying that it asks for a lot of personal info. I just signed up with my email address and ended with that. Unless I'm missing something, it just seems like a regular mailing list tbh.
  19. God he's so dumb. I guess the very best thing that happened since he took over twitter is that his facade as a "billionaire genius" has now fallen apart. He's no better than most of us...in fact, he's noticeably much worse but the difference is that he has a lot of money.
  20. This is such a rare find! I didn't know she ever performed the Blue Jeans remix.
  21. This is my first time hearing it and I think it's pretty good! Definitely belongs to my leaked downloads folder.
  22. She's such a star, I love her.
  23. For me, I think "Without You" and "Wildest Dreams" are a lot more similar. Like if I were to judge it, "Speak Now" is what happens when a song uses a common chord progression but not necessarily being heavily inspired or influenced with a song of a similar structure. Whereas "Wildest Dreams" is what happens when a song is clearly influenced by a previous song (such as "Without You") because even if you discount the similarities in chord progression, Taylor's delivery in the chorus is really similar to Lana's prior. Plus "Wildest Dreams" doesn't really sound like a lot of Taylor's usual output at that point, so the influence is very apparent imo.
  24. I still think that they should have used Britney during the Glory era if they're gonna use previous photos. Like it's nothing unusual for artists reusing old photos, but to use a photo literally two decades old is kinda ridiculous regardless whether or not there's something nefarious involved. Anyway, music deal contracts usually obligate an artist to produce X amount of albums. Does anyone here know how that works for Britney? Because even if she doesn't wanna release music, if she still has some remaining albums left in her music contract, she's gonna have to release something eventually.
