That's one huge mystery that I kinda wanna know about as well. During this break, she ended up dropping "and the Diamonds" and her writing also ended up being a lot more watered down and subdued. Even the tracks from Electra Heart, which was considered as her most commercial sell out album at the time, had sharper and more biting penmanship compared to even the most "introspective" songs of L+F. I truly think something happened during her break that severely affected her writing prowess. ADIAML was better than L+F but it's still not on-par with her first three releases.

I cannot tell if this is for real or not since most "Ayesha comeback" info comes from very untrustworthy sources lmao

I feel like the theory is unfounded given that Fearless TV and Red TV were released prior to the Eras tour. She's probably just way too busy plus I heard rumors that the vault track titles were leaked so she might have just not bothered with the jumbled letter promo thing this time around.
-
So apparently I misremembered and it didn't say the title track but rather the tracks in Bubblebath in general (time stamp 16:38). He didn't go in depth but he just mentioned that Bubblebath was supposed to be an album but turned into an EP, with the other songs being considered as "lost media" by the iceberg maker.

OMG I just saw "Bubblebath" (the title track) in a lost media youtube video like literally yesterday. Funny how it leaked! As for the song, it sounds good! I love it! I like some of Poppy's metal stuff, but I'll always prefer her Bubblebath Era style of pop.

The drag queen was being a stupid input hoe. Charli put her in her place and I think the queen retorted back with a bunch of nonsense.

Since deleting threads also entails deleting their insta account, I highly doubt many people will choose to do so even after the hype has passed. It's a very sly move to retain threads' userbase that I can't help but acknowledge its brilliance.

While her vocals here are objectively stronger, I think most of the songs in Speak Now really don't require a strong voice for them to be good. Taylor's current way of singing just lacks the emotional delivery that she brings in the original version. That might be fine with some of her other albums, but Speak Now relies heavily on the way the songs are delivered, and I think Taylor failed on that aspect of rerecording the album.

I think Candy was never meant to be an album that's to be released. If Problematique wasn't released despite already being a fully formed album with a concept and all, I highly doubt Candy (that seems to be rushed compiled together) would pass their filters during that point. I do think that there's an album that shares Malibu's theme initially. However, Covid + the song flopping might have made them abruptly put a stop to it.

And here I was about to believe them lol but I've been scouting for the Poppy version of the song all over the internet to no avail. I think an AI version is my best bet of hearing how it sounds like with Poppy singing it.
-
With AI being popular now in emulating an artist's voice to hear them hear sing a song that they wouldn't sing otherwise, I'm shocked that no one has done an AI cover of Poppy singing "We Appreciate Power" yet. It was originally supposed to be a Grimes x Poppy song anyway and I'm still deathly curious how Poppy would sound on that track.

I'm amazed how there's so few pages for blondie's thread here. As one of the biggest pop stars out there, I expect her thread to reach at least 1000+ pages so I'm genuinely shocked that's not the case.

When is her new era starting? My biggest wish is still for her to return to a commercial pop girl sound similar to Electra Heart. She clearly enjoys performing the songs during her live shows. Idk if I'm delusional but I think she's the most sprightly when she sings songs like Bubblegum Bitch.
-
Her latest song is really good! Sure it's dated, but it's released in a time where nostalgia goggles are starting to kick in for early 2010s music. It's not doing so hot in streaming but hopefully it ends up getting viral in TikTok or something.
-
Not the biggest fan of her most recent single but hopefully the next ones are. I still prefer her mixtape era the best, but I still liked Troubled Paradise. I'm a bit hesitant about this one but I'm keeping an open mind.
-
I'm so obsessed with Speed Drive. One of her most fun songs out there.

I still can't get over her dancers in that festival show she played in. The choreo that her backup dancers were doing was hilarious.
-
I 'm glad her album was able to chart despite being a rush release. I'm scared for her tour though since the venues look way too big for her to fill up all of those seats. Her management either really hates her and wants to see her fail or they're truly and desperately incompetent.
