Finally revamped my library I'm so happy with it, I really wanted to only have typo-free pics of Lana as covers so I see the essential, I prepared a bunch so I can shift covers at will which was missing from my previous way of classing and there's actually a bunch of my own edits, I'm very satisfied with the amount of beautiful Neil pics I managed to cram in. Only have to double check 320kbps songs and download a looooooot more of bootlegs and I'll be completely happy Didn't found any pics for the World Café so I just put one I like but all the live pics are correct and I love how I have clean pics for each album Cinema Noir is for soundtracks, Dangerous for 2010 songs, East Side for 2006 and pre 2006 songs, Galore Motel is for 2007 songs, Gold (considering renaming it The Hills tho) is for 2012 and 2013 songs, Miss America is for 2008 songs, Softcore is for 2011 songs and Vulgar Darling is for 2009 songs I class ANYTHING that isn't studio album as unreleased. I know it's deluded of me to think but yeah, I'm kinda sad about it to be honest. She wouldn't have been 16 forever but songs about being poor, young and sad is exactly what made her music so relatable and so enjoyable to me. 400 Lux will forever be one of my favourite songs ever. But I think I'm particularly underwhelmed by the "minimal" part of your post, I've always considered Lorde pop and Lord(e) knows I love pop Lana but it sounds too fast paced for her voice, I can't appreciate her lyrics enough... She's like an ANTi-Lana for me musically omg, the slower the pop, the better I think it would have been different if we had another album with the same vibe between all these years of waiting... But now it's too late, I feel like she has moved on and I still feel hungry

I listened to it once this morning and now it's the evening and I'm listening to it religiously in full for the second time ever and it crushes me down how beautiful it is, I'm extremely happy it's 6mins long because apart from the chorus that's still a bit of the low point of the song, it's I N S A N E L Y beautiful. The part where she says "I told you" at the end oh my god I broke down irl. So fckn beautiful. I absolutely love the first line. At first I didn't but now I prefer to Love and by far. The Cat Power vibes I'm getting from it omg I don't know if I'm blinded by my stanning of Chan and ignorant but holy shit it sounds like a psalm for me, this prechorus is some of the best things Lana has done, UV worthy, yeah I said it! I love how we're all finding different things! Remember when we were all saying it would be like HM but with BTD beats influences and UV vocals and lyrics influences and now a lot of us hear some May Jailer (fucking slay! never thought this day would happen) and AKA vibes... Even if she hadn't said about this record being a hat tip for the fans I would still have this feeling. Every Lana stan (except maybe the hardcore pop fans like me) can find something to be satisfied about with these two new songs. And even if you don't like how it sounds, even if you don't like the aesthetics, I think no one can deny that are visuals are definitely stellar

I really, really love BAR and Love so far and it's so much better than most of HM for now but I've been listening to EMGHW, GTGA and KOL and other unreleased all morning and I know pop Lana will never be back but there's still some cells in me that wish for really heavier beats. The contrast with Lana's voice and heavy stuff always kills me and her melodies are amazing for now in this era so I remain hopeful

I'm getting huge Cat Power vibes and I definitely agree with Hanging Around, for me the best are really the verses but the beat in the chorus balances it all it's a really beautiful track. I can see how the album's shaping up and I'm absolutely here for it
