I just came back from watching the new Halloween, and it's incredible. I'm actually so impressed, it's such a solid sequel and I would be totally down if they want to do more, I missed Laurie Strode so much

I mean it's a haunting film, but a really good one. Also The Invitation on Netflix is a really good thriller

Gerald's Game is so good, It was also directed by Mike Flanagan

Maybe The Others? It has no gore as I remember and it's a great movie, it stars Nicole Kidman

I love the dancers, I love LFL, the record and song, love all the feautres and I do believe that the songs wouldn't be as good without the features (except Groupie Love).

Oh, I tought we were gonna get a full episode, honestly I wasn't dying for Gallavich to come back, I had accepted their fate, Mandy on the other hand...

I actually don't believe that she's ashamed of it or that she doesn't want to acknowledge it. I think she just doesn't feel the need to go back to her older material, she's been so prolific in making new music that she just really wants to keep evolving and not stop on a project that she was working on for a couple of years and than got shelved some extra 3 years, she probably felt like she was beating a dead horse. I'm actually quite surprised that she reworked Yayo for Paradise, I just can't imagine Lana doing the same again. Well kind of, BTD is indeed her major debut on a major label, but this interview is from 2011 so the LDR mistery was still unraveling, plus I think that AKA + Unreleased + Released Tracks were the only thing that Lana had done by then so it would be a major thing to ask imho.

I've just read an interview of her from 2011 that gives info of how it was working with David Kahne. “How was it working with David Kahne [The Strokes, Regina Spector, Paul McCartney] on your debut? He has a background in replicating bygone eras. LDR: It was validating when David asked to work with me, only a day after he got my demo. He has known as a producer with a lot integrity and who had an interest in making music that wasn't just pop. In terms of instruction, what was Kahne's input? LDR: He had a lot of things he wanted done. For example, he was interested in a more traditional vocal style and I wasn't. He's also a real scientist, so he had a very particular plan. The album ended up somewhere in between what he wanted and what I wanted." - Interview by The Quietus, October 4th, 2011 Also this "In an interview with Pitchfork you said that people have offered you opportunities in exchange for sleeping with them. Is this true? At the corporate level? LDR: [Laughs, then becomes tongue-tied] I mean... uh... uh... I mean things get a little crazy, I guess. Um... I'm confused, are you talking about The Haunting of Hill House or Trick 'R Treat? And I' m sorry, AHS it's entertaining imho, but long ago that show doesn't make the Horror in his title justice, plus I'm falling out of love with Ryan Murphy style tbh Edit: Oops just saw the edit, it's a tv show and I haven't seen the trailer and honestly I don't want to spoil myself lol so I can't judge it As far as I can say, the show is about a haunted house, but mostly it really focuses on his characters, the acting is very good and Mike Flanagan really knows how to just get a creppy atmosphere or play with the feelings of the characters. Still I'm talking just by seeing two episodes, but I still would encourage to check it out

Maybe This Is What Makes Us Girls, I think she said in a interview that her label wanted to change the banger that is the demo for a more stripped one, to flow better with the overall sound of the album. Plus I think she might have some grudge to it since she originally wanted Without You as the closer, but her label scrapped that.
