*waiting for a recording *

I'm gonna be recording the stream so don't stress out trying to record it if you're scared someone wont... i just tested out my screen recording and its working fine

ight y'all can count me in for Honeymoon UO party in montreal plus I'mma bring my mic and portable recorder (the perks of trying to become a singer ) and record the whole album in HQ

FYI the Urban Outfitter of Montreal (on St-Denis) will play the album at 3pm on Saturday September 12th. I just went there and asked. The guy was not sure what I was talking about and went to see the manager. He said it won't be a party like some UO in the US (no drink or merch). They will simply play the record. Who cares, I'll bring my own booze and folding chair

Like I do get that that's Lana's aesthetics but Born To Die (the video) was such a masterpiece?????

Both MTWBT and Freak sound so promising.  Can't Wait.  Hopefully something more upbeat still awaits.

I hate how much Taylor copies Lana, it's disgusting

the thing is i am social, hence why i find it an odd setting. i dont wear cardigans or t shirts with owls wearing glasses on them, so if i go to this do i just show up alone and stand near the stationary section flipping through notebooks with foxes on them, or do i sit down next to the girl with blue hair and a kitten bag and smile at her while art deco is playing. usually this shit takes place in a club or a setting where the artist is there doing a q&a. not a fucking shop.
 
and what if life is beautiful is a hidden track at the end of the album and it starts playing and i scream and scare the blue haired girl next to me and she drops her bag with a cats face on it!? what then?

Tho Lana is very lowkey (like everything she does these days) a REAL listening party has famous celebs, fans and music critics.. Red carpet, Paps, the media invited. AN EVENT.

There should be food and drinks. It's different for every artist. It's basically a party with the album playing. It's a listening PARTY.

I love the footage during Brooklyn Baby teaser when she's against the rock at 1:33. Was that a photoshoot or something? She looked so good. The whole UV era had so much wasted potential. Remember she also did something with James Franco and Chuck for a "project" but nothing ever came out about this (maybe that Flip Side book but blah)

I know with a clear conscience and full heart that this album wont top BTD as my fav album lol.

How her label even allowed Honeymoon to be released when she recorded a song as good as Freak. I like Honeymoon and TLY but they aren't single material and we all know that

Freak is so good, that's what we needed

This is truly 'MUDDY TRAP' i don't understand how Lana makes her own genres but she does a good job at it

Freak sounds like something from BTD it's amazing

I wont say this is her best visuals tho.... Imo I doubt anything could top the National Anthem video or Ride or even Born To Die music videos. They were so good with stories and such.
 
National Anthem was too complex.

Freak is sooo good. Slow but still has background beat. Like Lana that's all you need. You aint gotta go all the way back to BTD (even if that's what I want). This shit is fiiiire too. Just a little beat and great melodies.
