omfg im doing a social media cleanse and didnt know she announced a new record Save me didnt hit as much when it dropped, but replay is so good its funny how she has only delved deeper into the weird electronic music she has done since Golden Echo; i know people are still waiting on her to do another VOWS, which isn't gonna happen

for those loving the new album, (im warming up to it) how are you able to ignore some of the lyrics and enunciations? Im having a hard time enjoying questionable penmanship like: And what's that that I heard? That you're still with her? That's nice, I'm sure that's what's suitable And right, but tonight the way she enunciates this stanza hurst my head

The fatphobia thing is three people on twitter complaining as usual and the media runs with it. She has talked about it for years at this point and as someone who has BD too I related with the scene and didn't think much of it after it Also now that the album has settled in (sorry for that angry rant I posted earlier) I think it coud've been more experimental (imagine someone like Flume working with her) and would have been a home run for me, but I guess the direction she was going for was "lo-fi but make it pop". And god does Would've, Could've, Should've hits hard Here's my tracklist to make it better Lavender Haze Maroon Anti-Hero Snow on The Beach ft. God Bejeweled Labyrinth Karma Sweet Nothing Bigger Than the Whole Sky Would've, Could've, Should've

    Florence + The Machine

Saw her at the Orlando show (high of course) and wow. The fucking talent this woman has. Cried during Dog Days, whole show felt like I was at a sermon in church
  18. this brings an interesting conversation; I think [hopefully] that Taylor has realized that now she is on top of the world (and literally has been since the 1989 era), the next stop in her career is to be the opposite of what you said: nothing, nothingness. With the clear critical success and acclaim from the folk-more double era and re-tuning RED and Fearless to be more mature with the TV versions, the days of "lets make sure every song can be a radio hit on this album" (something she has herself said on how she arranges tracklists in other words) are coming to an end, and her legacy has to start being more serious, especially when so much of the second half of her legacy (post 1989 - pre-Lover) has been getting in "beef" with people such as... Kim Kardashian . Working with new people such as Aaron Dessner brought a refreshing side of her music abilities; I'm hopeful this new record will continue that change of maturity and legacy building
  19. the first 20 seconds of that opera track ended entire record labels and your faves careers
  20. the album doesn't even have a lead single out and people are crying over an album cut lmaooooo
