    Florence + The Machine

just a FYI for everyone, Target is notorious for putting things on shelves earlier than they should, aka putting things out earlier than their "street date," because they don't like to have so much stock in the backrooms and have their employees be "lazy" and do nothing. Ironically they rather have mad customers that cannot buy a product 2 hours early than jut sell it; but from what I read, they could get fined or sued by the makers of the item/product (ie Nintento for a game being sold early or Republic/Polydor for Florence's case). https://www.thebreakroom.org/threads/manually-changing-street-date.24174/

Disney+ documentary was a nice watch, she did "live" versions of the songs between the docufilm the album slap tbh, we needed a pure teen pop album

  12. it wasn't until late last year that flopachella clicked with me. The half-assed trap production simply kills the vibe and buries the sentiment of the lyrics, but if you can ignore that, the song isn't too bad; the outro saves any quality it has how else are we going to reach 5000 pages?

Wow I haven't listened to EVOL in yearssssss and listening to it when I was 15 with no life experience compared to now, the song hits different. Love can indeed fuck up two beautiful people
  16. I've been reading the comics on Webtoons since early 2019 so it was exciting when the author announced a studio approached her to shop the idea around as a tv show. I only read half of the comics/books so idk the full story [i think there are two books left to be made] but I'm excited to sit down and watch it

everything you just said... 100% yes. Crybaby is def. a late teens album; it was relatable to those who were starting to be adults of legal age, experience relationships, etc. I would've liked K12 when I was 14 and realizing the world sucked and the people who run it. Now its like "k what else is new?"

Fingers crossed is my fav one by far and of course they've been cut out yeah the wait time [and the unfortunate allegations] def played part into it. I was 18 when crybaby came out. When k12 came out I was about to turn 24 the following month. An entire lifetime of growth has happened between that gap!!! The pastel/vintage look definitely suits her more now. The Crybaby concept was a risky but successful move that can only be replicated so may times/albums

Nothing here is new but: Been thinking about this for a few weeks now and I have officially outgrown her, and she is probably the first artist I've done so consciously. I still enjoy Crybaby and its production but I don't willingly listen to her music like I used to. The time gaps between releases and lack of musical and lyrical diversity has not helped [ironically with Lorde, for example, not as much, because there is artistical diversity regardless of how good or bad the music is]. K-12 had so many unnecessary fuck bombs and I say this as someone that listens to rap music about straight up murder. some lyrics were outright a step backwards from crybaby and some of the production fell flat . Dead To Me and Bittersweet are released examples of her diversity and it sucks that she cannot translate that into the Crybaby storyline. I really hope the next album is the last one with this storyline. She could've made 4 albums about Crybaby with no issues if she had put out an album every 2 years but now its too much, and the fact that some of her fans, even some of you guys here say the whole baby shtick is tired should be a signal for her IDK if I'm in the wrong for thinking this? Edit: just realized the last two pages are about what i just typed lmfao
