Couldn't agree more. Judging from her interviews, she's capable of articulating her feelings and thoughts very well, I don't know why she doesn't apply it to her lyrics. If she only wanted to, she could write very good introspective lyrics. I hope we never get something like 'Freak' ever again

Tbh the thing that bothers me about Lana is her using the world 'blue' in so many of her songs. I get it that it's so ~jazzy~ but it's lazy to use it so much. I wish she read some Rimbaud or something for some inspo. She seems to be comfortable with the same tropes and motifs she's been using for years and it's kind of a shame that she doesn't want to improve and explore new areas
