honestly if the single run went like this:
good ones (lead in september)
lightning (second in late october just in time for halloween)
baby (promo in early december) - album gets announced w/ baby announcement
constant repeat (third in late january / early february) - tracklist gets released
new shapes (promo a week before album release)
used to know me (fourth in april to build more album hype)

i feel like the perfect way to end an album about "crashing" or whatever against her label/what is expected of her, even if it sounds out of place in the era, is to put taxi at the end of the deluxe lol it would be really fun
and even if it sounds different when compared to the rest of the album, out out or any ag remix kinda does too so whatever

Agreed, been thinking a bit lately how nice it would be to have an official release now, sort of like a posthumous tribute to Sophie. Plus I want it on vinyl so bad! Don’t see it happening though

I know this XCX World conversation has been fully ran to the ground but I do think now is a pretty good time for her to do an official release of it. She got that special show coming up where she’s performing songs from all the different eras and her contract’s ending. I personally don’t really care if it ever gets released or not cause either way it’s in my music library, but it would be a cool moment for the fans.

i think she should make a mixtape with the xcx world songs as the last hurrah with her contract, i wanna be with you and bounce deserve a life

every rule video is cute! she looks so angelic 
 
love the return of tv heaven - it’d be nice to have a performance video in this style for every track (that doesn’t get a big budget vid)
 
wish there was a little intro scene like the one in new shapes tho, it could be a fun way to cameo some friends or whatever (paris hilton could be super fun... maybe a drag queen? musical friends she didn’t collab w on this album like tove lo? ya know)
