the song isn't bad, the vocals are interesting and it reminds me of electra heart in ways, but it's just kind of basic. meh, lyrically i don't care too much for it but it sounds better than her last try. also why is it marked as explicit when all she says is bitch?

No exactly everything is just off about this choice like it’s giving “let me serve a generic empowerment bop that sounds remotely commercial enough to fall on a popular playlist while giving lyrical 101” it’s honestly beneath her capabilities and is truly perplexing why would you resort to this is your label pressuring you to release something “accessible” idk I think you’d be better off expanding on the insightful material you made in your ADML era than serving whatever you think this regression is I love you henny but this is not it

ok it’s time we all come to the realization marina tried to give us old marina with ADIAML and we didn’t appreciate it enough and now she’s back to doing generic stuff… i’m not trying to be a hater i just made an observation i will support this album !

Still her voice sounds beautiful in the final part, and we have to agree the pitched voice in the chorus is kinda innovative in her discography. I really hope that with the overall message of this single the girl's only welcoming us for more interesting and wilder things in the upcoming record... I'd just like her to read a dictionary lately or if she's too busy for that, then hire a good co-writer *ekhm ekhm* Nowels or Liam Howe.

 

BTW Now it reminds me of a happy version of Fear & Loathing?
