That's exactly what's happening to me. Without boosts I used to be able to make as many images as I wanted. And I guess because I'm in Europe, they would take less than a minute because the servers weren't busy. Now it won't let me create anything outside of the boosted time. I really miss the time before, and I hope they haven't permanently changed it! I've only noticed the images changing today ... feels like they're having some big issues :derpna3:
